Ordered some beat buds for my daughter for Christmas and broke after 2 weeks. E-mailed this company and did get a confirmation they had received it but has never replied. Would never order from them again.

If it was possible to give -stars that’s what I’d give
I bought a foot massager beginning of Jan 24 didn’t work - emailed they sent me another manual
Emailed again - they offered me another one totally ignoring that I’ve asked for my money back and postage costs
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

I would NOT recommend you buy anything from this site! I purchased a foot massager for my husband for Christmas which after 5 weeks stopped working....no replacement, no new part, as we think it was the charger that had broken, no help at all. Just a standard reply quoting 30 day return policy!!! Regardless that i bought it in november for Christmas and it was faulty.
Go somewhere else they don't deserve your money.

Do not trust this company. I was duped into buying an Intelibell door bell from them and via a phoney review site that had it as number 1 rated doorbell. It did not work it was 3rd rate Chinese junk. Was refused a full refund as legally required by UK consumer rights.

On the 18th Dec 2022 I bought 2 pairs of the bead buds × 1 for Christmas presents. The goods arrived and I was very pleased with the goods. Then one pair developed a fault within 12 months, so I followed their warranty policy from the website. To be told it's a 30 day return policy. I told them it was a warranty issue as they are faulty not returns. On all emails to me they responded with the 30 day return policy. I phoned their customer service, which was also very hard work, and the customer service would not say anything other than we have a 30 day return policy.
So do not buy from this company as they will not guarantee anything after 30 days...

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Bought an intelibell door bell off these crooks but got a completely diffrent product which was cheap nasty Chinese rubbish, arrived in a damaged box and did not work at all, their returns policy is total rubbish too, and you will not get a full refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING off these scammers.

I ordered 2 heaters eco-heat to this company early November which I didn´t receive yet. I wrote several times to "Customer Support (Label Products Support) labelproducts at wwwsupport net" and "replacements at gogogadgets io" they answered but don´t understand and don´t solve anything, is an ridiculous and continuous conversation for nothing. I requested the refund several times a month ago unsuccessfully. My best recommendation is not to buy anything to this company, you are warned.

Ordered the dreamily humidifier, paid $80.80 for this piece of junk touted as one of the best on the market. It does not work 1 day before I could return it. Was on hold for over an hour, still no answer. Looked on Amazon, the same product is $6.00.
This is a scam company from China. I am on a fixed income, can’t afford $80.80 unless it is for food or heat.

So after I accidentally bought 2 product I email them straight away to tell them I made an error and hopefully stop them for sending out 2 products instead of 1. They email me back saying nit possible but I can email when I get product for easy refund. So I waited 2 weeks. Got the products and email saying I need to return. They then told me they give me 30% for the refund money back. So been fight with them and after tell them THEIR TERM AND CONDITIONS they then cave in and gave me an address. So I sent the products back. Paid post and package and now they said since it been 3 month my refund isn't possible. So I'm never gonna get my money back and I don't have the product. So in all case DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!!

Dreamzy Humidifer, operation instructions are vague and I couldn't use the unit so I returned it. Website does not provide any further instructions. When clicking on the "Contact Us" button I received a 401 message, website forbidden.

Bought security "eagle eye" cameras (2) was supposed to receive within 3 to 5 days received after almost 3 weeks only to receive faulty junk. Wouldn't even turn on. No details on how to install cameras what's so ever. Tried to contact company and received no response. Paid over $100 and now I'm out that $. Do Not buy this junk! Instructions in Chinese also.

Waited over 1hr for agent to answer and never got an answer. My order came 1 month after I ordered it and it failed to work when I tried to use it. I think this company is a rip off selling a bunch of made in China crap.

Do not buy from this company. Their webpage is a maze and easily you end up buying what you didn't even think of. I paid through PayPal and could cancel the extra charge they did on my account and 16 days after the purchase of the item I ordered, they sent me an email with a USPS "tracking number" that was invalid. To clarify the situation I tried to contact them and they never picked up the phone for me. I manage to have a refund through PayPal since they verified the no validity of the shipment. Waste of time from beginning to end.

The product ordered was of extremely cheap quality. After many emails and frustrating phone calls, they basically refuse to do a return and refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Very poor customer service brought beat buds for my son for Christmas and they won't charge and they won't change them as it's gone over 30 days which most companies over Christmas give a longer return policy as people buy before Christmas so they know they have them

Bought an EMS product at three times the price advertised at amazon.The product does not work and honestly, it appears something that had been used. They are quick to reply to queries but with answers that don't solve the problem.

As with other reviews, bought 2 x earbuds , not arrived, unable to cancel, will be raising dispute with credit card company, but will have to chalk up to experience. Total scammers, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, using company loosely.
