We ordered 3 eco heaters end of Nov 2023. The goods arrived but after only a couple of months all three were showing faults, including misted screens, scorching (obviously a fire hazard) and melting of plastic casing. Also thermostats have never worked.

This company would not offer to take faulty equipment back or either send us replacements or refund as goods not fit for purpose or sale. Apparently they only give a 30 day window to do this and I can see from other reviews that even then people struggle to get good customer care and refunds.

Definitely avoid this company.

Avoid like the plague! UltraXtend Wi-fi extender did not work and I had to pay the tracked postage to return the useless item. I agree with other review, there should be an option to award zero stars review.

Beware...This company took our money and we have still not received any product. The 'customer support' send us the same email on a regular basis.
Paid via Paypal, but they appear to be unwilling to help us get our cash back.

Tried to cancel order for BEAT BUDS. They insisted I had to receive goods and then return. They stated would return postage cost and then declined it. They charged high postage cost which they added VAT on when it’s already paid! They added admin charge for a return when this is not shown in their conditions. Offered 30% refund which meant cost of product was still higher than overall outlay. Absolutely awful company and I see one review exposes them as being Chinese. DO NOT USE.

I purchased a Foot Massage which arrived faulty. I tried to contact them to get a replacement or a refund. They insisted I took a video of the faulty item as they could not process my refund unless they had a video. Their website clearly states " 30 days no quibble refund" After 6 emails I finally got them to accept the item back, which I posted at my expense. that was 4 months ago and I still have not had a reply. They are dishonest and untrustworthy, do not buy from them,

Customer service just copy and paste answers that are irrelevant to the questions you ask.

Ordered item, arrived reasonably soon but after using, it failed.

I bought a WiFi booster, simply doesn’t work. With Christmas it was outside the returns window.
Complete waste of time and money.
Avoid.

Earbuds gifted in May, broken by December and not covered by any kind of protection for a year unles of course your pay.

- an error on our part in searching and ordering we believed from another company
-This is a Chinese operation utilising a Netherlands based shipping operation
-They provide Chinese copies or similar inferior products
- Customer support is via Joy(label support) showing a +7 hour +8 hour GMT timeline, china
-They stay, orders cannot be cancelled, orders MUST BE(block capitals) accepted for returns policy to operate.
-REFUSE when EVRI try and deliver. Why? returns policy is you must ship at your expense back to the Netherlands.
-UK trading standards should investigate this. as items arrive is grey plastic bag, not returns label, no bill of sale or invoice, no paper-work at all
-I have an open dispute via AMEX they are fighting.
-They have offered me a 20% discount to keep these goods

Disappointing that the review only allows a minimum of 1 star. This is an awful organisation. Purchased a video doorbell which took on average 45 seconds to activate on the phone. Absolutely useless. Requested refund and their 'customer services' dept could not even tell me where to send the product to return (The email said 'we don't know the address'). They offered a 10% refund and keep the product....No thanks, then 'a special offer' of 20%.... OFFER !!! LOL. Then 3 more emails before I eventually got the address to return (which i had to pay for as they don't do return labels). Then my refund was £18 less than I paid for the thing. I believe this company are scamming people. Awful product, making money for nothing and here's the kicker..... YOU DO ALL THE WORK. Save your time, energy, your mental health and your money...AVOID !

Bought a ceramic eco heater that was midget in size and couldn’t feel any heat from more than half a metre away. Went thru the drawn out ‘customer service’ thru sheer contrariness and now awaiting refund. This company is a con.

Think a complaint to the trading standards office might be the best way to go. Unless someone has a better idea??

I ordered a massage mat from gogogadgets it arrived in a couple of days massage mat would not work on the floor it only worked when you picked it up . I returned it to the company in the Midlands at a cost of £5.00 after a lot of emails to and fro and when I received my refund minus about £20. For a faulty item I think this company gogogadgets is ripping people of and making a lot of money on returned postage.

Eagle eye camera arrived lasted 1 hour now no power not even in correct packaging as described don’t buy one they are rubbish

I purchased BeatBuds Pro in January 2023. As some reviews have noted, the price jumps up due to the high postage costs.

When they arrived, I was actually quite impressed but soon suspected they weren't right as one bud ran out of charge before the other and it got worse over time.

Ultimately it has given up. I then contacted Gogogadgets. I understand electronics and know they can fail, it's how the company responds that highlights differences. Simply quoting the refund and warranty policy isn't good enough, there is so much more they could have done e.g. offering a discount and warranty on a replacement.

I ended up with (so far) a better and cheaper pair elsewhere and won't be using this store ever again.

Definitely do not use this Company and believe all the reviews that go before mine. I ordered a Ryoku Massage Mat believing it was coming direct from Ryoku but 2 days after ordering I get email to confirm only to find at bottom of invoice was the name GoGoGadgets!! I had paid £9.29 for postage which didnt seem unreasonable as thought mat coming from Ryoku in the Netherlands & as not in EU anymore postage high from EU Countries. Massage mat arrived 7 days later but not suitable. This is where buyer beware begins. Firstly that is premium postage for a UK company & was definitely not premium postage delivery. Then comes the complicated return which I wont go into but if you consider purchasing from this rogue company READ THE REFUND POLICY first. I have just been advised refund made but may have to wait 30 days plus it has cost me the exhorbitant postage of £9.96 plus a £5 handling fee plus £3.29 to send back and of course the VAT element is less so that means even less return. All in all it has cost me £20 yes you read this correctly for an item I have returned in perfect order. NEVER, EVER use this company.

Do not purchase from this company. Shipping fees are ridiculously high and are only available AFTER you complete your order. When I saw shipping costs I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel the order and company said the order had already been processed and could not be canceled. Return process is a nightmare and costly. Customer must pay restocking fee, original and return shipping costs, and original sales tax. Rude customer service as well. Would rate 0 stars.
