Stay away from this company!
I read the reviews and was impressed and so ordered them.
They took 3 weeks to arrive, during which time I did some more research. I was horrified to realise that all the rave reviews were written by Beatbuds themselves!
Any ready rattled I tried them when they afinally arrived and found they were ok ish, but no bass, and very trebly. There are cheaper alternatives out there that I would imagine they compare with.
Beatbuds claim there is a 30 day return policy, there isn’t, they refuse to refund or give a returning address, claiming they are not in the original condition or packaging. I wrote several emails and they replied with exactly the same response every time.
I gave up in the end as it was giving me more anxiety than they are worth.
I don’t know how these people sleep at night. Don’t go anywhere near them

So after I had read the reviews about this company I tried to cancel my order but was informed that this was not possible as the product was on its way. A week later it gets delivered and you’ve guessed it, there are no instructions on how to return!! I think it is illegal not to have a returns policy.
Stay well clear of this company.

Bought an IntelliBell which was a very poor plastic replica of a doorbell! Took about 20 emails before I got money actually refunded. Then the gave me an address in the USA to send it back. Then when I sent proof of postage they gave me an address in the UK. Customer service is non existent. And very patronising to customers. Having now sent over 40 e mails I still do t have postage money back. They won’t escalate it to a complaint. A total joke of a company. Steer well clear

They are utterly incompetent and their customer service is terrible. Their mistake cost me several hours of calls and messaging. They would take no responsibility and I am now £100 worse off. A DISASTER OF A COMPANY. Zero stars

I bought an item before reading the reviews. Worried I would be left with a product that wasn’t fit for purpose, I set about returning it straight away. It took multiple emails (5 emails) for them to finally give me a return address with a reference number. I originally paid £51.90 (including delivery) and was refunded £33.90 or £25.40 after paying for it to be returned tracked (as required for a refund).
Stick with Amazon or a reputable brand.

I ordered a Intellibel video doorbell from a website which turns out to be fake. gogogadgets are using a picture and references of the item and they sent a cheap Chinese version of a doorbell called X9. They also upped the cost by over £20 after the order went through. It gets worse, they sent and charged for another item called a power factor saver which I never ordered. Trying to get refunded is impossible. Hard and expensive lesson learned, please dont use this company they are nothing short of thieves.

Eventually received my EMS foot massager it was faulty and the price was inflated by postage and vat . Tried to get a replacement but what a palaver excepted a replacement in the end but have to fill a form in again with a video showing what is wrong given up in the end and put the £61 down to a bad experience.

I ordered an intellibell video doorbell, what I received was some Chinese tat that was useless ! Total waste of money ! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Told me I should contact the courier directly, whichis lazy and is rarely how it works but I had been waiting weeks. I have asked twice for the name of the company they used and each time their reply is "Kindly request that the courier initiate an investigation. It can take a week or ten days. Please forward a copy of your correspondence to us as soon as you obtain an update so that we can move forward appropriately.

We look forward to your response."

Do not use this company. I ordered a foot massager to click and collect. I was never informed that it had been delivered to the shop. When I called in on the off chance, it was there. However, on opening, the box was battered and bruised, there was no paperwork and I am not sure if everything was there.

I asked for a full refund but was told that I had to pay for postage. On the original invoice, the shipping cost is £9.96 plus VAT and the company address is in the Netherlands!

You can buy the same product from Amazon at less than half the price and free delivery. I feel I have been a fool and completely ripped off.

I ordered a foot massager from them . After placing the order they hiked the price and immediately took the money from my account. Upon which it instantly changed sites and won't let me back into it. No confirmation receipt or email has been received and have been unable to contact them. So no idea if I will receive the goods.

AVOID! UNETHICAL. This company's website (or maybe one of them - who knows) goes under the name of 'HomePro'. When you order it turns into gogogadgets. I ordered a hand-held hoover at a clearly advertised price. Without warning, and with no option to cancel, a pricey postage cost and VAT was added, hiking the price. After ordering (against my wishes after spotting the monies added) the order page immediately changed to an advertisement for another product. I received no confirmation email and thought I had been scammed (maybe I have, as no product has yet arrived). After ordering, I immediately contacted this company and asked to cancel the order. I was told this was not possible and they would 'let me know how to return' once I had received it. I will be reporting this company to the Advertising Authority and Trading Standards.

Tried to place and order which didn't go through properly, but the pending transaction is still showing 12 days later, impossible to contact , and receiving pointless stalling emails, useless , stay away

If I could give -10 (minus 10) I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people are nasty scammers with their horrendous cheap plastic rubbish/copy made in China and their trade descriptions claiming to be the best heater. It WAS NOT! Dont believe their website or buy anything from them AT ALL. You will certainly regret it.

My money was taken from my bank (£83.85) for heaters but I received no confirmation email or other information about delivery! I want to know if they will be delivered or I wish a complete refund

THIEVES, Under no circumstances buy anything from this company. I ordered 2 heaters and one was damaged and the other one looked like someone had already used it. There return process if you get that far, is a joke. They don’t want to refund your money and the process of getting your money is a complete and utter nightmare. I returned my items and still waiting for a refund, emails after emails and now dealing with another person and they have given me a completely different address for the returns. This company is a bunch of thieving scum, times are hard enough without getting ripped of by these corrupt people. This is putting it politely as the words I want to use for this company I can’t. As for a woman called Joy, her customer service is a joke, she is extremely rude. PLEASE STAY AWAY

I bought a foot massager from you. Per the website it’s was highly rated. It’s funny my credit card company flagged it as possible fraud . I okay the purchase because I wanted to try tour product. Received it and tried it out. It did not work sorry a piece of junk. Sent it back to the address in the package. Your people are now telling me because I didn’t send it to the correct address no refund. The PO told me it was delivered. I also gave you a tracking Number. All I got from you is the run a round. I will now contact my credit card company and you can deal with them. This has been a horrible experience..

I would give gogo gadgets a minus 100 if it were possible. I wish I had known about Trustpilot before I ever ordered from this company. I purchased a heater to warm up a cold bathroom. Instruction booklet was incomplete. The product did not register temperature at all. And. Never heated up. Trying to deal with these people, whoever they are, is a total nightmare. I am 83 years old and on social security only and really could not afford to be ripped off of $66 plus dollars. I feel so hurt as though I had actually been robbed. If you want a refund from them, you can totally forget it. They are a scam company and a total rip off. They must be so proud of themselves for continually stealing from unsuspecting people. I trust they will get their due some day. How they can live with their conscience is beyond me. Perhaps they don't even have one or don't care at all.
