If I could score these -10 I would what a disgrace of a company I ordered 4 eco heaters as our boilers packed up and we can’t afford a new one just yet … we have 2 children and we are in a cost of living crisis and Christmas round the corner ! I paid £130 they came they was all broken and absolutely rubbish i sent them back with proof of delivery and took pictures of this items they are now saying because I didn’t follow returns policy I cannot have a refund ! Stay away from this company it’s a disgrace and they shouldn’t be allowed to trade …they have now said to me they can’t accept anymore emails and the phone line just rings out so I’m not only without some heat I’m £130 down disgusting

Scam company producing fake review websites and then sending cheap copy products. Same as other reviews - the process of getting an address to return the product is ridiculous but I finally have it!

Do not buy anything from these guys. They are con artists. Bought a product for £50 and they sent me a cheaper version worth £12. And with the £12 postage, I was scammed. Couldn’t send back because it would cost more. Avoid!!!

Why didn't I do my normal check and look at Trustpilot about this company.

I bought there WiFi camera door bell. Now I'm not saying that it doesn't work as it's faulty but it simply WILL NOT complete it's set up through my Internet connection. I've even had an engineer out just in case there was something wrong with my broadband etc.

However, I decided, well within the 30 business days, per there term and conditions, to return it and get a full refund.

This is where the "fun" started.

All I got, and keep getting, is a request for an error code and other requests, even though there are no error codes.

I've even phoned the "help" line, after bring on hold for 45 minutes, and got the same blurb back.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A REASON TO RETURN SOMETHING WITHIN COOLING OFF PERIOD!!!!

If you read this, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company and do not believe the lies on there website.

This is a scam site took my money and not received anything regarding this. No delivery date and when you send an email their mailbox is full so won’t except it. Probably full from all the complaints

Same as the others, I looked on the doorbell compare site, this company came up, and they got cheaper if you brought more so I brought 2. Charged me more than they said. I realised quickly as I looked the same item up on Amazon and it was £16 per unit not the £50+ each this company are selling for.
I tried to cancel the same day but they wouldn't let me and warned me not to refuse delivery or I couldn't be refunded.
I didn't even open the parcel, but judging by the weight it was mostly air, I emailed back and forth, and got the same 20% then 30% off, offers, I kept all the emails, receipts for tracking when I sent them back. Contacted my bank and they are dealing with it.

DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM.

it should have been a minus star. they are totally awful. they offer free postage, but if you send an item back you have to pay the return and have it tracked. They will not refund this. They say that this is in their terms and conditions, but there are no terms and conditions when you buy. I bought through Paypal, thinking they must be a decent company. Have written to Paypal to ask them to investigate them. I am very concerned because they are expanding really fast with tablets, health products etc. they should be prosecuted instead.

What Crap! Tore first time putting on and totally unravelled entire sock on first wash!

Please do not buy anything from this company. I recently bought 2 eco heat heaters. Completely useless. What makes it worse is the cost to send them back which is non refundable £32 !!! You have to return them to the United States. Doesn’t say anything like that in the blurb. I intend to go on every site to warn people as well as reporting them to British Standards

I bought a UltraXtend Wifi Booster from this site, after 30 days the product stopped working and Gogogadgets washed their hands of me, ive sent several emails back and forth and the end note is that after 30 days that is it they will not offer a refund or replacement no matter how many times you sign your email off as Karen.

Looks like I've been scammed.... again! No confirmation email, very quick to take my money. Bought (questionable) a foot massager for 49.99 aka 61.00? Fearing the worse. Have to wait 21 days to inform my credit card I've been scammed. How/why are these fraudsters still aloud to rip honest people off? Clearly this company is a scam yet their still aloud to trade?

There should be a website (don't say there is, there isnt) that you punch a companies name in, then it just says Scam, Avoid! Obviously with justification and authorities are obviously just not doing enough in my opinion!!!!

This is a terrible company I bought an electrical item which was faulty. Plugged it in and nothing happened. I had to email customer service 7 times. It seemed like they didn’t believe me. I had to send proof and photos of the piece of junk £61.80. Their customer service and billing department is extremely rude as well as their telephone customer service. This company needs to teach their employees customer etiquette. I had to send the product back at my expense. They are insisting tracking information as well. When I but their address in by postcode it doesn’t exsist on the list that comes up. I wonder if I’ll ever see my refund? I have a complaint in with PayPal. Warning: Do Not Purchase from this fly by night company

Just wasted £71 with this company. I ordered a smart doorbell at end of October but couldn't install it for two weeks fue to illness.
The bell - X9 - is useless as it only works when button is pressed hard. We can make it work but no visitor or delivery guy has yet made it work.
I submitted feedback via the app but received no reply. Today I got through to customer service who recognised it was a failed part but couldn't replace it as it was over 30 days since purchase. Aaaargh! Never use gogogadgets again.

Wish I'd checked here before buying an ecoheater! I agree with the false advertising regarding the sales price and the final cost where they load the price with VAT and delivery charges. That was bad enough, but the heater I received had a faulty temp lowering switch - when I emailed for a support ticket I got the following reply. I don't have much hope for a resolution - don't buy from this company! Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Bought an ecoheater delivered today. What a load of rubbish. Not much heat emanating from the unt and the fan is pathetic. The reviews l saw said how good the heater was, if l had looked on Trust Pilot l would never had bought it. SCAM

Bought an echo heater from this company. It blew up and took out all the sockets in the lower part of my house. I have been retrying to get a refund from them. They have been giving me the run around for 3weeks so far the latest being a false address to send the item back to. Some trading estate in Wolverhampton with no Unit 3. They offer no paperwork for returning the item and you have to pay to return it. I am trying to go through PayPal to complain to them but their resource centre is not responding.
