Zero do not go near this company was charged £61.90 for an item I purchased £41.95 after agreeing to price to my horror when I saw e.mail they had sent confirming charged vat £10.31 on a purchase of £41.95 shipping fee £9.96 Total price they took£61.90 after numerous e.mails for return address received refund of only £43 return cost was £3.45 to address in England
This firm has to be investigated they are committing fraud and up to now getting away with it

Fake company! Did not even complete checkout and they took payment. Have refused a refund. Very unhappy! Avoid at all costs!

As many people have written already,I had exactly the same stories with them.

Their advertising website is selling Intellibell and I read about this through a compare site which is the best doorbell with camera without subscription then they came up.

Selling as 70% off and if you buy more,you get discount.

What I received was different item to photos and website,app is extremely poor and no features.

So I rang them they offered 20% then 30% to keep the fake bell.

From the call I knew this is scam company but here you go!

Although they say I can return but they would take postage and fees,then you have to pay the return cost as well.

I should have read here before.

Complain through PayPal and waiting.

I believed I purchased an inexpensive to run convector heater from this company. What I received was not what was advertised!! I am taking this company to consumer rights as it is false advertising - I have continually asked for a returns label and I have been fobbed off

This company without a doubt is a rip off company and i have now reported them to paypal etc.

I tried to place and order from the UK and the website would not except my postcode, leaving me thinking the order had not been placed. They ended up trying to charge me for 3 wifi boosters. After i quickly contacted them, they cancelled my order and then i recieved an order for an ecoheat which i do not even know what that is. They refused to refund my funds and now paypal are going to take action. Hopefully, this company will be shut down.

When you try to return for a refund it takes ages as they try to get you to accept 20% refund and keep the cheap item. Then 30% and then a partial refund of £14. I am still awaiting confirmation of a refund. Paypal is on the case with me - absolute disgrace of a company

Products not delivered and on informing them, they told me to chase up their service provider. When I said that was down to them, they just doubled down and told me to follow up with their courier. Complete abdication of duty on their part and refusal to take responsibility for delivering my order. Awful customer service, complete lack of care and a company I'll not deal with again, ever.

Think it's a scam. They suggest an address in Basingstoke. It's all rubbish. My goods have not arrived after a month of waiting. Hopefully my credit card company once I inform them, will flag them up as untrustworthy. There are more and more of these fronts setting up. They need to be stopped.

Absolutely Do Not order from this company. Products are inferior and cheap and trying to contact them to return is a nightmare. They do not want you to return and try to offer you a discount to keep . After 26 days from ordering I am still not in a position to return as their Customer Service are not the best to contact in their replies. Never would I recommend Gogogadgets to anyone . Beware !

Same as everyone else. Absolute nightmare trying to get return address from them. If anyone has it I'd be grateful of it! Still fighting and emailing everyday because I'm furious, 1 with my stupid self for buying from them and 2 because they won't give me the return address details just irritating part refund offers then no reply to emails when you say no. Think they are running down the 30 day refund policy they have so they don't have to give the money back

Please, send full functional headphones out. And even, when you contact them, the compensation will be a joke. Never again.👎

Ordered mini electric heaters one of which didn’t work. Contacted them regarding a refund which after submitting videos for evidence was agreed after two weeks. However, their policy states that the consumer is required to pay for the return which is a breach of the Consumer Regulations Act. They’ve been informed but don’t seem to have any regard for what the law states. Do not buy from here

I made the mistake of placing an order before reading the reviews! I tried to cancel the order and they said I couldn't. They advised me to wait for the order to arrive and then return it. Once the item had arrived I requested the return address. They responded and asked me to keep the item and receive a discount. I refused and again they responded with a discount offer, but no return address. It took a couple of weeks to get an address. I returned the item and have received a refund. BUT they deducted £11.95 for postage and £6.66 taxes. My return postage was £4.95 - a £7 difference from what they charged me! So this cost me £23.57 in total.

I would give them 0 if I could, but the lowest you can go is 1!

Tried to cancel an order but was told too late (item was to cost just over £30 but by time they added delivery and tax it was over £50 but I did not notice until too late). Took ages to get despatch note and delivery. Was told not to refuse delivery (dumped at my door anyway) and to contact on how to return. They have finally got back to me with my invoice and no information on how to return. Extremely poor customer service and no idea on quality of product I do not want. I have exact dates of product, costs and communications if required. As with other reviewers, stay well clear

Awful in every way. I feel totally scammed.

I wish I could give a MINUS score. Issuing even one star is just ridiculous. I ordered a portable heater as it was described as safe for a baby's room and could be safely left on unattended. I received notification that it was ready to collect at a post office which was an hour and a half away from my address! When I finally got the package the box was battered and had obviously been opened before. The heater was completely broken and the instruction manual said never to leave the heater on unattended and never to leave it on while sleeping. When trying to return it I am in communication with different 'companies' so called 'Support', so called 'Labels'. I don't get an a reply to my questions: where do I return the item? and please refund me. The company (Labels company??) email response was simply they were sorry and will replace at no charge. But I certainly do not want a an unsafe product that does not do what it was described to do. Where do I go from here to get my £60+ refunded???

Having same issues with customer support not sending return details. I cancelled the order on day of order as I found the item Intellibell which was overpriced according to reports. I have sent 11 emails now with a few automated replies and some not answered. Each reply has different ticket number. Have now used online form and still no reply. Going through the bank procedure now. Stay away.
