This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever! I placed my order in November and paid in full for TWO necklaces that I finally got ONE in January! I had to contact them several times only for them to make empty promises of shipping soon and then to only get ONE necklace after all this time was unbelievable. There are numerous companies that will make photo necklaces, Walgreens, Shutterfly to name a few and you get your order right away, instead of this company that short ships and takes over 2 MONTHS! I would never order from this company again. They are awful. I will be reporting them to my credit card company for a refund!

I will say it took a very long time to …

I will say it took a very long time to receive it in the mail, but my photo jewelry turned out so beautiful. So the reviews can be deceiving and made me a bit nervous if my jewelry was even going to come. So I give GoloveU a 4 star cause I did have a tracking # on it and did recieve my jewelry. Hope this helps anyone to know I did not get scammed.

Impossible to get info on my …

Impossible to get info on my order.Ordered on11/2 and checked on order and finally saw it was being shipped.All in all a poor customer service.
Aparently it takes a good 60-90 days to get them,and doesn't help that they come from hong kong I believe......... I just hope I get what pic I sent them and not someone elses kids! Good luck

Poor business

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this placeand it is now January 2 with nothing in my hands. I cancelled the order December 22 and January 1 I received a noice saying it was shipped January 1, 2018. Still nothing in the tracking system.

I also Ordered in Nov/2017 for a Christmas gift. Took money right away. Email sent to me after first week. Still says it is enroute. Not even an email apologizing for being late. That would even be a little helpful. It is now Jan 2/2018. If I do not receive it soon I will also be filing a claim with my credit card company. This is very disappointing especially to feel ripped off right at Christmas!! Like I said I would even be a portion happier if I at least got an email of acknowledgement!! Cannot even contact anyone to know it is at least actually still on the way!!

Not . Good rreceived after Xmas and someone else's orders

Ok, same as everyone else. It took over a month for me to receive my gift and of course wasn't here in time for Xmas. But I did receive and the dummies sent me 2 orders that are obviously someone else's orders. They have pics on them. I'm gonna take pics and see if I could post them somewhere and maybe get them to the right owners.

Never order from this Company. Crooks!!!

I ordered in early Nov. On Dec 7 I received a email says they're on their way. And would take 10 to 20 days to receive. As of today Dec 29th still no necklaces. I sent messages and no response. Of course they have my $$$. I tracked it and says still in process. This is crazy. Very dissatisfied.

Horrible experience

I ordered a christmas gift in Nov..had one rmail reply a few days after order..then not a single reply to any email for over a month..my friend i got the gift for also ordered from them in early december...both of ours were sent the same time..had same movement but then mine stopped. Early on in December i ordered from an other company the samr thing and got it in 2 weeks..just in time for christmas..but nothiing...i filed fraud with paypal...which a day or so after i did they gave a tracking for it...now after christmas while the claim on paypal is bring reviewed...and after 18 days after they shipped i get a reply saying its on its way and be patient..its bs...and will not order from them again and will tell people not to either

Very Nice!

I’ve seen the not so great reviews, but I ordered two photo necklaces and one personalized infinity necklace and all three were perfect! They turned out better than expected. Now I’m looking through pictures and considering ordering again.

Robbed...

** UPDATE: I received my product in mid-January, well after the holiday season was over. The packaging was decent, as was the necklace. However, I can't improve the rating because I just don't think the company can be trusted. Too fishy for my taste. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible

Terrible. Ordered in November for a Christmas present for a grieving parent and they sent an email that they would be sending in two weeks. Nothing came. Sent numerous emails to the address that they give and never replied with anything. Past Christmas now and am very disappointed that I have to go through paperwork that will help get my money back to my bank. Don't order from here! All information they send is in French. Good thing my sister in law is from France and interpreted it for me.
I just really want the necklace.

Ordered necklace on 12/14 and it still says order in process. Ordered for Christmas gift and obviously didn't get it in time. I've sent 2 emails asking for status and nothing. They took out the money fast but cannot get a damn response. Horrible horrible company. Definitely reporting to bbb.

Same situation

Same situation, I guess I’ve been duped as well. Filing with BBB and contacting my credit card company to file a claim. I ordered end of November and still nothing; tracking says it left China on 12/12 but no update since. It was a special Christmas gift for my sister and I’m furious.

I have emailed them numerous times and finally received a response that they supposedly went to shipping although they are “waiting on a shipping # ..I feel I’m being scammed they took my $100. I have no knowledge about order and …

I have no knowledge about order and tracking and delivery information but I was the recipient of one of these necklaces for Christmas. I had never heard of this company that has there name on the front of the box so I decided to look up their website and ran across this review post. I can only tell you that I love the necklace. It is a dainty silver chain infinity necklace with my for children's names on it. So apparently my children did receive it or I wouldn't be wearing it right now.

I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! Yet bc I may have clicked on their webpage “my order for a necklace (which is conveniently the cover photo on my Facebook page) is now “en route”! When I email them asking them how they got my CC info and my address and when I supposedly ordered this- I get the same response “your order is en route”!! I’m contacting the BBB!!!!

Joining the crowd

Joining the crowd! I also sent Facebook a nasty note for allowing this company to advertise on their site. Love the "please be patient" auto response emails by some random Asian woman. This is a Chinese company and is a total scam. If their is no address or phone number, NEVER order from that company!
