Total scam- Now i need 2 Christmas gifts and am out $75 plus.
I hope they rot in hell for scamming people

This is the worst company

This is the worst company, they are a complete rip off, do not order from this company, I ordered my Jewelry piece, to give to my niece. her boyfriend past away, and I cannot believe I am still waiting, the funeral was almost 3 weeks ago, This is my fault for trusting a company that was posted in my face book feed, and I did not investigate. I cannot believe Facebook allows this kind of company to be advertised in the news feed,
Obvious signs no phone number that I could see for Customer service, no contact email on the home page, I am so mad at myself for this..

I am having the same experience as …

I am having the same experience as others have indicated. I've been waiting a month, sent three emails with no response, have not been given an order number. So frustrated. I did order an item for my mother on Everlasting and they had the item to me within eight days, it looks amazing. I paid a little more but worth it as GOLOVEYOU is horrible. Now will work on getting money back through my credit card agency.

I have never received my order for the …

I have never received my order for the two necklaces I ordered. Tracked them and it was shipped but stopped in China on the 13th. Of December and never went any further. I never received my refunds yet with. They were 34.95 a piece . I ordered two for Christmas and it doesn't look like I will ever get them. Pkease refund my money to my account..
I'm very unsatisfied and upset.

Horrible and misleading

If I could, I'd rate this company less than one star. Same experience as everyone else. Order placed Nov 25. Sent numerous follow up emails requesting a status update; all with no reply or response. Finally, yesterday, December 19 (24 days after the order was placed), did I receive an email confirmation that my order shipped. ETA 10-20 work days so it definitely won't be here for Christmas. I had to go with another gift option and I guess I'll set this aside for Mother's Day.

Goloveyou is likely a ripoff fraud site.

Like others here, I saw the ad on Facebook and trusted this to be legitimate. They promised what's been mentioned by others, the item would be created/prepared within a few days and then shipped and received within another 10 days. I'm now between 2 and 3 weeks since I placed and paid for my order (which was paid immediately, I might add), and I haven't heard anything. When I check on my order's status, I get nothing that even indicates my order is being processed, and my emails inquiring about the status of the order have gone unanswered.

OVERSEAS COMPANY Advertised on FB

OVERSEAS COMPANY! They advertised on FB. I DID trust FB in that I assumed they screened companies that advertise through them. I know FB is NOT responsible for ANY company's handling of customers. HOWEVER FB should understand the TRUST factor for the end user such as myself. When I click on an ad on FB I trust the company is legit and good with customer service.

Goloveu's own email upon original order stated: "The item you bought from goloveu.shop is customized jewelry. So we need 3~5 business days to process your order. Thank you for kind understanding! And the delivery time normally spends nearly 10 business days. Thank you for patiently waiting!" IE total of 15 business days

Well it has been beyond the 5 business days to process and "nearly 10 business days" for delivery. When I go to their site to check on the status of my order it states: Have not applied for a single logistics number
Contact us"

Buyer beware - TRUST no-one who they advertise through, you MUST do your homework or buy through Amazon who has a much tighter reign on companies that use their site to advertise through. I hope I didn't lose $70 and it will eventually arrive, maybe as a valentines gift LOL

I will EDIT my review if the gift comes in in the next few days. I doubt it will though

Experiencing much of what other …

Experiencing much of what other negative reviewers have. No item, poor communications (the tracking system appears of little use!) AND no response to emails.
Really poor. Saw ad on Facebook.com. Very sorry I was apparently fooled by them.

Too late

Unfortunately I too saw the rating for this company too late. I ordered a necklace a month and a half ago, not realizing it was international until after payment. Sadly, it was a gift for Christmas for my mom, we lost my dad in August. Now, there is no time for Santa to purchase and have another by Christmas. My heart hurts for my Momma, I know she'd cry from the gift but it would have meant so much more. A month and a half after order, 5 no response emails and a very pissy customer!

Just be patient and don’t hesitate to email.

I too ordered a necklace on October 21, 2017, and it wasn’t until after I paid for it that I realized that it was an international purchase. I vaguely remember reading something somewhere that made me believe that it was a US based company. I’ve shopped off of “WISH” before and didn’t have any issues, it just took some time to ship. So, according to the website I figured I would recieve a tracking number within two weeks so I kept checking my order. Finally recieved a tracking number after I emailed customer service. They were quick to reply, but still didn’t have a definitive answer as to how long it was going to take to recieve my necklace. In the mean time my bank cancelled my debit card due to a possible fraudulent charge (this order) so then I was pretty skeptical that I was out my $40 and I wasn’t going to recieve my necklace. I kept checking my order anyway. Eventually, after Thanksgiving I remembered my order and thought I would check my tracking. Until that point it just said it was going from China to US, but without any form of customs approval or shipping schedule. However, now my tracking said delivered! So, I checked to see if I had recieved anything in the mail, and sure enough it had arrived. It was nicely packaged, and I was under the impression it was going to be a little bigger, which I wasn’t crazy about, but it’s perfect. It’s delicate, shiny, and it’s legible. I absolutely love it and I never want to take it off! Excellent personalized gift, just make sure you order at least 6-8 weeks before you’ll need it.

Goloveyou proved me wrong. :-)

I placed my order with Goloveyou around October 16th and only saw the (negative) reviews about them right after my payment went through, and I honestly felt I was too careless & impulsive to not have checked first before purchasing. With all the negative reviews, I became open to the possibility that my hard-earned money had just gone to waste. But nonetheless, I still gave it time, waited, & hoped. Two weeks later I tried sending an email to inquire on the status of my order as I haven’t received any shipping notice or tracking number. Much to my surprise, I got a reply saying that “they’re working on it” with apologies for the delay. After a few more days, I finally received a confirmation of shipment with tracking number for the sterling silver infinity name necklace I have ordered. And on November 15th, after almost a month of waiting, my package finally arrived via Canadapost! I am from Canada & the item originated from China, so it’s understandable that it took time to get here. And in all fairness to Goloveyou, what I experienced with them was the opposite of what I’ve read here. My infinity necklace was beautifully crafted with the three names I indicated, and it is made of genuine sterling silver, placed in a cute mint green box with the Goloveyou logo and label on the cover. I am very much pleased with my purchase and kudos to Goloveyou for proving majority of the reviews I’ve read here, wrong. There’s always room for improvement though, and I can only hope that Goloveyou will strive to consistently improve their service so that they’ll gain more satisfied & happy customers like me. I got a picture made of my 2 friends

I got a picture made of my 2 friends. My friends husband passed away suddenly and I had this company make a charm with the last picture they had made together and then wrote something beautiful on the other side and I took it to my friend and she cried and told me how much she just loved it and wanted to never take it off. Well worth the wait to get this super nice piece. I will be a return customer. Thank you

The worst company to ever do business

The worst company to ever do business. The product that was sent to my grieving mother looked like a child had made it and looked like a picture of Hitler, and that's absolutely no exaggeration. My mother cried when she saw it and I couldn't believe they would let something like that through any quality check. Then trying to receive my refund they kept blowing me off so I had to file a claim with my bank.. Worst experience ever!!!!

Received my product but extremely poor …

Received my product but extremely poor unacceptable quality. Wouldn't wear it and most surely would NEVER give as a gift!!! Charged my credit card for MORE than I had authorized and if I chose replacement, I would be responsible for postage to and from China. Would only refund 1/3 of purchase price and I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!
