Excellent service from the initial consultation with Dan followed by true professionalism when loading our furniture and boxes into the containers all the way to the delivery of our gear which arrived with no issues. Would definitely utilise the services of Grace again and highly recommended them.

We had an excellent professional consult months in advance. The services on offer cater to every requirement. When things didn't go to plan with a very difficult 10 seater marble table that weighed a tonne, the team at Grace were on the ball with alternative solutions in the nick of time. They were courteous, helpful and very quick. I have moved many times and this by far was my most efficient experience.

Wow . Such a trusted company so that is why I went with them . Within moments they broke a roller door . Many many calls to them and still no call back or any communication from them on how the roller door will be fixed . I strongly suggest all owners be there around them as they enter your home . Not happy with their extreme lack of open accountability and communication

Grace staff are helpful and reliable. Our move was effortless from start to finish. Moving day can be stressful and problems can arise. Nothing was too much trouble for our delivery crew. We would highly recommend Grace and would definitely use their services again. Great work and thank you.

This company is doing really well. We used the for removals from Mandurah in WA to our UK home, and thanks to Melinda and her colleagues all went well and according to plan with no dramas. Would recommend Grace for your removal services large or small.

our experience was good once we worked out the budget we had for them to work with,
the emails back and forth were a bit slow
the guys that came out to pack and load container were FANTASTIC and the best part of the experience
Now we hope the second half when it arrives in NZ is just as good

The guy that packed our house did an incredible job and I couldn't be happier with how thorough he was and the level of care put in to packing our valueables.

Both the uplift and drop off team were friendly, very hard working and took care not to damage the houses and our furniture

The removal into our unit was carried out in a professional manner, under pretty awkward conditions, very narrow driveways and not a lot of room to manoeuvre a truck of any size.
We were called at around about 9.00 am and told that they would not be arriving till about 11.30 am as two other loads were in front of ours, we got another call at about 11.00 am telling us that they were 20 minutes out and they arrived on time.
The two guys that did the job Carl Penheiro and Cameron Lowe worked together and got the job done very quickly.
They had a small problem with our electric beds but between them they sorted it out and got them operating properly.
I would recommend Grace Removals to family and friends.

The initial sales rep and office staff were all very good and professional. The collection of goods from our old house was carried out very efficiently ,the people were very friendly and hard working . Goods were stored at the facility for a couple of weeks and re delivered to our new house, with a different crew who were again, very friendly well mannered and diligent. Thanks to all involved and a collective well done to Grace. Sean

Awful - Poor staff communication, lack of communication with customer, double booking for pickups, misinformation but that's not even the extent of it.

They told me they had the delivery date set for a month after the pickup date even though I was only moving within the same state and never asked for a delayed delivery date? I waited two weeks for it to arrive and then called, ended up being told my stuff had already been delivered when it hadn't. It was just sitting at the destination depo waiting for the false "delivery date". If I hadn't followed up myself about where my items were, I would have been waiting a month for no reason. Perth team said they would sort it out for me, but I never got a call back to confirm delivery. I called the destination depo directly a day later and had to organise the delivery myself as they hadn't been contacted or made aware of the situation by perth.
