Warranty repair nightmare! Jokers!

Caravan went in for warranty repair for replacement front window in November 2025. Grantham kindly damaged interior fittings doing the replacement and said they would order replacement trims to repair their poor work. Still waiting, several emails but nothing so given up and ordered them myself.
Fast forward to today first time out of storage and away for the week, had some rain and the window they fitted as a warranty repair leaks, we woke up to a puddle on the front table.
Checked the sealant on the roof where they bonded the new window in and there’s gaps in the sealant. These companies are supposed to be approved by Swift to carry out warranty repairs! It’s a joke.

When you wished you didn’t need a part.

There are times when you really don’t want to contact or buy from a company and for me it was this time with Grantham’s. It’s because we had a little ding and needed a part and thank goodness Grantham’s website and search process was so easy to deal with, the stress was already soaring as you can imagine.
So if you unfortunately need a part to put your pride and joy back together, check here first. Easy user friendly website and fast delivery. Almost like the ding never happened.

Replacement awning light

Needed a replacement awning light for my Swift caravan. Grantham's confirmed which one I needed, I placed the order and it came within a couple of days. Great service, thank you, and now I can see in my awning again 😀

Excellent service

Ian was very helpful from start to finish with our purchase. He organised a lovely site for us to stay overnight to make handover easier! All at Grantham’s were very friendly and helpful would highly recommend.

Poor service. Only ordered 2 things however it cost…

Only ordered 2 things however it cost me nearly a grand , only for 50% of the order to turn up incorrect. I still have the wrong item in my car waiting for collection that I arranged with Grantham only for it not to be collected as planned. I am still waiting for the correct item to be delivered. The mistake on delivery cost me money on changing plans that I had made with this equipment but that doesn’t seem to be their problem. I arranged with customer service that I would be at my work location within a 8.5 hour day shift and the collection never happened only on complaining that I was told that the collection could be anytime through the day even when agreed a 8.5 hour window. I get the feeling that I should have stayed at work until the driver turned up which may or may not have happened.
My opinion.
Steer clear.

CONVERSELY, the caravan sales and service & customer service teams have been totally the opposite and not remotely professional.

They would do very well to follow his lead.

Very easy to navigate the online…

Very easy to navigate the online shop.My awning was dispatched from the manufacturer and arrived quickly. On inspection I found a faulty zip on a side panel. On ringing Granthams I found their young man in the office very helpful. I'm now awaiting a reply from the manufacturer but I am hopeful for a positive outcome.

Good service

I have used Grantham’s several times and each time it is first class service, you can check with them that the product is the correct one for your specific vehicle, the pricing is very competitive and delivery good . I would definitely recommend.

Poor After-sales Care

I agree with previous poor reviews.
Getting hold of the warranty team is very difficult, previous issues have been sorted quickly, recently however the service is appalling, I have had to contact the manufacturer of my caravan directly.
The telephone service does not appear to be working.

Poor warranty Department

Sales department and shop obviously give a good service, wait until you have a warranty problem it's another matter, no reply to emails or phone calls.
Offered to solve my problems if I took down my earlier negative review,

This is my second accessory purchase…

This is my second accessory purchase from this store, and again Im really happy with the service and product I received. The guy in the accessory dept is very helpful, friendly and did what he said he would do. Would have no hesitation in buying accessories again from them.
