We had a great experience purchasing our car from Paul at Kia Garage in Hereford. After our previous car gave us trouble, Paul was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of finding a new one. He took the time to discuss what we could afford and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. On top of that, Paul went above and beyond by assisting with the MOT and servicing of the vehicle after the purchase. We bought a KIA Sportage from Gravells, Hereford, last week. The salesman was Andrew Lewis. Throughout the process, he was very helpful, and it was clear that he had excellent knowledge about the range of models available. Perhaps, more importantly, he was not at all pushy( like some salesmen I have met in the past). He kept regular contact with us, either by phone or e-mail. Im writing this review at the end of the 10th jan after having the car for 1 day, just to let you know this is the only review I’ve done, (this is my 8 or 9th car from gravells )
I Ordered my new Dacia duster 140 hybrid extreme with Gareth before Xmas agreed a fair price for my existing car which I purchased from gravels ( Gareth) 2020 , Gareth kept me updated of the status via txt ( what’s app) we arranged to exchange cars on 10th January, he spent time and patience explaining the workings of the car during handover, I highly recommend gravells ( Gareth), looking forward to the driving experience in the new Dacia , keep up the good work Gareth 😀👍

Since purchasing my Kia Optima from Gravells - Kia Bridgend in 2022, there have been consistencies in issues since within the first 6-months of purchase. I was informed that a standard "thorough service" was performed prior to taking the car from the site. As always when purchasing a new car, I took it to my trusted mechanic to get it checked. The result was that NO oil change was performed and that ALL filters had NOT been changed. Evidently, this "service" was not conducted - if it had been, all of the above would have been changed as a standard car service. "As a courtesy", the car was brought back in for a service where the filters were changed, the thick sludge for oil was changed, and the break fluid was changed. Fast-forward a year - the Master Cylinder and ABS had failed due to the issue with the breaking fluid - the only ones to have changed the break fluid, as stamped, was Gravells Kia Bridgend. A thick green unknown liquid was throughout the breaking system leading to the Master Cylinder and ABS to fail at the same time - costing me an additional £2500. Unexpectedly, they had initiated that my trusted mechanic for over 30-years was at fault. I was swift to shut-down such an accusation attempt that was made to divert away from the real instigators of the issues. Immediately taking the car away from the garage after the "repairs", my engine light [yellow warning] comes on with issues to the accelerator on the middle of the motorway, to which I had to pull-over during evening commuting time. Fast-forward 1-more week; the engine is making a strong, deep, intermittent noise which seems to be associated with the timing chain/clutch. The latter issues were NOT apparent when I took the car into Gravells Kia - Bridgend, however, all started immediately after leaving there.
At present, this case has been forwarded to the Motor Ombudsman, and a trusted solicitor, who is currently reviewing all collected evidence - videos & pictures from the thick, sludge, oil upon purchasing, the stamped book in which Kia Bridgend had confirmed the break fluid change, reviews conducted by my trusted mechanic, and each money-centered correspondence from them.
I would STRONGLY recommend that should you be in the position to search for a new car that you stay well away from GRAVELLS KIA BRIDGEND.
