Helpful, informative relaxed yet attentive customer service from Dan which installed confidence in our purchase.

Good customer service starts at the moment you walk through the doors and this was definitely the case at Gravells KIA Dealership Kidwelly over the last Eleven Years.
One particular staff member Kevin Williams who made an amazing first impression and by coming up first every time with a solid and tailored greeting.
Taking the time to find out what I needed and meticulously taking me through the different details and options the KIA range had on offer.
This month July being my Ninth new KIA vehicle supplied by the Kidwelly Dealership and worth every moment of the sixty four mile round journey to do so.
Following on with outstanding customer service of this company at Kidwelly my thanks is also extended to the service department at the Swansea Dealership to its Service Manager and his team who showed they are committed to offering customers support when its needed most …..ensuring your purchase is serviced to the highest standard.

We were importing our cars into the UK and needed a car till this process was completed. I asked at Gravells Abergavenny if it would be best to hire or buy a car. I was advised that it would be very expensive to hire a car. The staff were very helpful and we bought a 2015 3 door 1.4 litre Kia Rio which had done about 40,000 miles for £8495. About 2 months later we no longer needed the car which was in perfect condition and had only done 400 miles since we bought it and we sold it back to Gravells for £6000, considerably less than we had expected.

Many thanks to Callum in the Seansea branch, who made the whole process straightforward. He even paired my bluetooth device when he delivered the car. I am delighted with my Kia Picanto.

I purchased a vehicle through Sam, Sam was polite, professional, who made me feel comfortable, listened to my needs and give me options within my budget. There was no 'hard' sell, no pressure to purchase or make a decision. From choosing the vehicle through to collection i felt Sam went above and beyond and nothing felt to much to ask.

I was unfortunate to run into a few problems with the vehicle within the first few days, but Sam and everyone in service were quick to act on my problem. I found everyone extremely helpful and reassuring.

This was the first time we have dealt with Gravells in Narberth and from the first visit it was an absolute pleasure to deal with the salesman Lewis. From ordering to collecting the car, nothing was ever too much trouble for him and always kept us informed through email. My whole family have been buying cars from this company for over 25 years when they only had a single garage selling Renault cars only there is a reason why I come back time and time again fantastic service, trust and a fare price never had any issues getting warranty work completed not that had many with my Kia cars when you go there you are always made welcome even if just dropping in when passing or wanting a free coffee highly recommend this dealer

I called into Hereford branch in Jan 22 and met with a Mr Dion Robins I was enquiring about the EV6, he told me that they would be delivering in Mar 22. So I called the branch 3 or 4 times no reply during last week of March. So I called in Thursday 31st around 11am and I was promptly told there was only 2 members of staff on duty, "please make an appointment". The general demeanour of the sales man was very poor very unhelpful so I thought if I am contemplating spending around 50K with that sort of attitude what would it be like if I needed back up after purchase? So I went back to Audi Hereford and was greeted with a smile and a nice cup of coffee.

Superb experience again, this is our second vehicle with Kia. Customer service has always been friendly, welcoming always giving honest advice. We bought our second Kia Sportage without viewing as we were so pleased with our last one. We will only ever buy our vehicles from Kia Gravells Swansea. Awesome staff and vehicles!

Have recently purchased a new Kia XCeed from Gravells Kia in Hereford. From initial discussions with Matt, to the order process and vehicle handover, the whole procedure has been seamless, efficient and professional. I would recommend Gravells Kia Hereford to anyone considering buying a new or used Kia. I have been a VW driver for many years and have found the XCeed to be more than on par with the German brand as regards build quality and driving characteristics and the 7 year warranty is excellent.
