Wonderful customer support and technical management
Greengeeks has one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
They’ve helped me with everything, from answering my questions about getting a wordpress plan to migrating my website to the new hosting. The whole tecnical side was very simple, they handled the entire process. They kept me updated at all times and were always patient and friendly.
It’s wonderful how much they focus on customer satisfaction.

The file structure is intuitive and easy to use
I am hosting a couple websites that are mainly just HTML and client side JavaScript. The very intuitive file structure at GreenGeeks is a big reason I decided to use them.
I don’t need the extra features blobs and buckets get you from Azure and S3 hosting. So I would rather learn more code than spend time learning how to get my files onto my website.
I also need some simple email accounts for those domains. GreenGeeks does not charge for every account. So that works great. I do use a more robust email / calendar host for my primary family email account though.
Thanks for the great service and for doing it in a way that doesn’t hurt the planet.

I'm very happy with Greengeeks
Greengeeks provides the traditional Cpanel service for website developers - without trying to profiteer by charging for Cpanel services which have been free before (such as statistics, or email at the domain). And technically they do it well. They are prompt and helpful on the rare occasions when service is needed.
