The help chat feature of GreenGeeks is good. I get a real human instead of AI, the human is competent and has good communication skills, and my issue is generally resolved fairly quickly. In addition, the wait time is short and they have a neat feature that creates a pop-out chat when you navigate to other websites.

I have been with Green Geeks for some time now and I have been happy with it although.....there have been times in my life when I need help paying my bill and Green Geeks is somewhat difficult when it comes to asking for an extension or with help making payments.
I think that if they allowed extra time to make payments instead of just suspending an account it would be an even better company.
I can see if it's an ongoing issue or if a customer doesn't pay at all but for those of us that have been loyal customers for a long time ....there should be some leniency.
Things happen and it would be nice if they were more understanding.
The customer service is great...they just need to have more empathy for people.
