Just a little messy.. That's all

Great lads & did a great job, although the job was not estimated correctly (no change in price) just more complex than estimated. A few minor damages caused through the difficulty of the job, but nothing that can’t be easily fixed. In all a reasonable cost, a good job completed & a cosy home now.

The initial contact and visit by GRS surveyor for cavity wall insulation was courteous, informative and friendly. Ditto for the 2 man installation team who worked away without any issues. On the basis of my experience, I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish GRS acted in a very professional way. They offered advise and information regarding the service they were offering. Thier operatives were of a high standard and carried out the installation efficiently.

GRS Insulation were very efficient and kept me up to date with dates and installation information so I could inform the landlord and tenants.

GRS Insulation Ltd installed cavity wall insulation to my home for free. There was some issues with the installation, but the people from GRS Insulation Ltd worked hard to overcome the issues and installed the cavity wall insulation in a timely manner.

The staff were amazing, helpful, efficient and totally went out of their way for us when were going through a very difficult time. The workmanship was spot on I would 100% recommend this company

From the first telephone call to the job being completed, everyone I dealt with was lovely. They kept me informed all the way through. The job was done quickly and with little to no mess in the house and they were happy for me to see what they had done in the loft. Very happy and would recommend

Installation team were efficient, knowledgeable and timely.

Any issues were raised prior to work being done.

Clean up afterwards could have been better

Friendly team who came to extract original rock wall insulation and refill walls with bonded beads.
The job did take a little longer than normal as one area didn't fill correctly but the team came back a few days later to sort everything out.
Hopefully the installation will make a difference, but, as the weather has now turned a little warmer, we can't measure the effectiveness yet of the insulation.
We are happy with GRS.
