Very good and very professional. Only gave 4 stars as cleaning outside the house could have been better.

I was very wary about having cavity wall insulation installed after hearing the horror stories in the media but was given this firms details by a totally independent builder friend with no connection to the company.
The surveyor, office, installers and electrician and his mate staff were all excellent. They were polite and work was clean and tidy.
Unbelievably it was free too, even though I am a homeowner, in work and elidgeable for no benefits. Turns out if your EPC is D or worse and Council Tax A to C its free if appropriate for you house.
I have a downstairs bedroom that was always cold as its on the gable end.
It's not cold now and the house warms up super quick. An automatic extractor fan was installed both in the kitchen and bathroom free of charge too to prevent condensation buildup. Its been in a few months now and all is good so far. I would definitely recommend it.
Mine is a 60's semi and already had underfloor and loft insulation. Cavity fill used was grey polystyrene ball type.

I found the company to be very professional from the first time I made contact with the girls in the office with regards to obtaining a quote. To meeting Graham at my property and discussing what was needed with regards to the extract of the old wall insulation and the filling of new insulation,right down to the two lads who did the job. I have no complaints at all with regards to what I've said above and would highly recommend GRS insulation Ltd.

If it wasn't for the company keep ringing me once I contacted them it would have taken me ages to sort it out, they were very pro-active, the lads were very nice, worked quickly, the electrician even came in earlier than he was meant to to make sure the job was finished on time/ early.
The workers were very professional with their job and the finish was perfect!
They cleared up any mess they created and used dust sheets where necessary.
Great job over all, I'm very happy.
There was a slight problem with one of the extractor fans but as soon as I told GRS insulation, they said they would let the electrician know and I have faith that it will be sorted.

Highly recommend this company. Good communication from the office. Installers friendly, hardworking and tidied up. Feeling the benefits - house feels a lot warmer. We would normally have put the heating on by now.

The workmen were efficient and friendly. The work was explained and there wasn’t too much mess afterwards. Unfortunately an outside light was broken but it was replaced immediately. The only things I was left with was one messed-up window blind and a film of brick dust.

GRS team arrived around 10am and completed the job around 1.30pm. 3x lads worked on cavity insulation and coordinating the drilling and filling beads.. etc. They worked hard to complete the job. Cavity insulation is messy job so make sure you plan this job before any other jobs such as external painting.. etc. I can now feel the house warmer than before cause the house always used feel colder or cooler than outside. I recommend using GRS service in future for any other insulation services 👍 Thanks for good service

Very professional. Worked Very hard. Answered any questions. New what they were doing.
Weather forecast was rain next day hence worked till almost 10am to get most of external insulation completed except for rendering.
Tidied up afterwards.

Insulation and installed a piv system. They also noticed that my loft wasn’t insulated properly. After a very good quote they have come round to do this . Excellent service receptionists are very friendly

great bunch of lads. hard working and a good standard of work. plaster work amazing. John can put his hand to anything. always tidied up after themselves. Heaters look great but haven't used them yet and a defernite difference to my electric after solar panel installation. thanks guys!
