Honestly I can't recommend Grs insulations enough, we had a new Combi boiler & loft insulation.

Full supply & fit, from the girls in the office to the guys doing the fitting nothing was too much for them.

What I liked best about GRS was that they did not try to sell my more than I needed. The boss came out to measure and quote himself. The teams turned up promptly on the agreed dates, worked professionally and tidied up after themselves. Good customer service too. Easy to speak to.

Great service with excellent results thanks

From start to finish I felt completely supported. Once I had initially contacted Net Zero, Joel and his colleague came over to do an initial survey. Then they put me in contact with Leon, Sheila, Julie and the rest of the GRS team. So all systems go, from the 2nd of January, until the 12th. It was a full-on process, especially because there was a lack of space in my house. But, everyone just got on with it, no one complained and the work that was carried out was to a really high standard. After the guys came to put the insulation in the loft; Chris and Neil set to work on the internal wall insulation and the external flat roof. They were both friendly and fun to be around, and both worked really hard. I have since painted my first plastered wall. :) (Dusty Pink) Next came Darren, Johnny and Chris to fit the Air Source Heat Pump and the radiators, they were all flat out and worked super hard. (Johnny's the Best, Darren's 2nd Best) ;) I am absolutely blown away by the work and am so lucky to have received it. I didn't get to thank Chris personally, as I didn't realise I wouldn't see him the next day, so Thank you Chris! Next, it was time to get the Solar and all the Electrics done. Scott, Scott, Chris and their team did an excellent job with all the electrics and solar system. So I am now up and running. I have hot water and heating and I may even be earning a little money from the grid. :) Bonus! This feels wonderful and has transformed my life so much. After being quite unsettled and transient for most of my life, I can now really begin to relax, heal and think about where to put a picture instead of what I need to pack and where I need to go, and although it will take me some time to decorate, organise and save for the things I need. I will do it, bit by bit. But without a shadow of a doubt, GRS. have propelled me forward so so much. Thank you.

My bungalow was built in the 70's and I wasn't sure whether it had cavity wall insulation. I used 'Bark' to find an insulation company who could perform a survey for me, and GRS was the first to contact myself. An appointment was made and Graham duly arrived. Graham's knowledge of home insulation was impressive. He drilled holes all around the property external walls and used a camera to identify where cavity insulation was present and the condition of it. Graham explained the process for removing the existing wall insulation and how the new 'Thermobead' insulation would be installed.
Graham also inspected the loft, with a view to providing a quotation for adding further insulation and also boarding an area to be used for storage.
Within two hours of leaving my property, a fully detailed quotation was e-mailed, for all works I had requested.
I have a lot of experience in construction estimating and the quote was a lot more expensive than anticipated. After a week or so, Graham contacted myself about the quote. After a bit of 'thrust & parry', we eventually reached agreement on a price and also a date for the works to be performed.
The guys performed the works over a continuous three day period; removing the existing cavity insulation on the first, installing the Thermobead and also starting the loft work on the second, and completing the task on the third.
Throughout their attendance, I have almost nothing but praise for the three guys who did the work. Their attitude, experience and knowledge was refreshing. Although I'm a 'mature engineer', I still have an inquisitive mind and the guys were able to satisfy my curiosity on every level. The only criticism I had across the three days was punctuality; later than advised on the first two days, and too early on the third! I soon forgot about that and would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone, for performing similar works.

Prompt in all communications. Timely in carrying out the work. Friendly at every level of contact. Professional and efficient. Perhaps could have cleared up a bit better afterwards (some of the insulating material can escape) but that’s probably me being a bit picky

Quick response to my "Bark" request. Detailed survey conducted in a couple of days & installation of bonded bead cavity wall insulation on Sat 16th Dec 2023! An great result & we feel warmer now.

The work took less time than anticipated and was carried out smoothly and efficiently by two friendly and helpful operatives. They cleared up thoroughly afterwards.
We would certainly recommend this company to other customers as giving very god value and service.

Very professional company. From first contact to installation of our cavity walls, staff were friendly and helpful. We have a bungalow and the job was about a couple of hours and the team explained exactly what they had done and how it all worked. They cleaned up too and I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking about insulating your walls.

After contacting the company Graham called at our semi-detached bungalow and did a survey, he was professional and polite at all times he explained about what was involved in full detail. When we agreed on the quote Julie phoned to say the installation team would be in touch with a date, date agreed Charlie and John arrived on time very polite and friendly, completed the work in 1 day. After a professional survey and first class advice from Graham we had GRS install cavity wall insulation in our semi detached bungalow this week.
Charlie and John did a fantastic job! Pleasant, helpful and respectfull throughout. We couldn't have asked for more.
We would highly recommend this company and certainly we would use them again when considering other home improvements.

The service given by GRS was exceptional from start to finish. Graham came to give us a quote. He explained everything about the various installations, how it would work and how it would be fitted. It was all very precise and clear. I had my own idea of what I wanted and Graham listened and after seeing the loft he gave me a price. He then went on to tell me that GRS could do the work but I didn't really need all that I had thought I needed. He went on to tell me what I needed for the same effect and at a quarter of the price. Clearly there was no pressure selling and in my opinion you can't get fairer than that. Once the quote arrived we accepted it at once and later the same day the office telephoned me to arrange a date for fitting, which was only four days from having had the survey. On the day of the fitting the team arrived on time and with true professionalism carried out the work leaving no mess and no disruption. I cannot fault this company on their performance and would highly recommend them.

Veyr professional, friendly service and good value.

Excellent service from first contact through to after sales service. The survey was completed as agreed and Graham was very good at talking through the process and showing the available cavity as he conducted the survey.
Installation was pushed back a day or two due to some unforeseen circumstances but we were kept informed throughout. The installers were very good and weren't worried by the minor access issues.

First rate experience from a first rate company. From the initial contact to the final installation GRS were excellent. If anyone is looking for an installer, I would strongly recommend GRS for the work.

This company was professional, friendly, very tidy, everyone was so helpful, from the initial contact, to the completion of the job, very happy with the results.

They did what they promised, and on time. It was pleasure to have them in our home. The work was done carefully and with consideration for our wishes and left minimal touch up work as a result.
