Very efficient. Good comms and keep to the agreed time.
They knocked money off at pick up though, so i wasn't happy. And to be fair in hindsight, I wish I'd repaired the car.
So not a great deal for me, but I chose this route, and they did their part well.

A great service provided by Guaranteed Car Buyers. Communication was quick as soon as I submitted my enquiry, I had an email from Guaranteed Car Buyers with a sensible offer for my beloved Audi Q5. The process was smooth from start to finish. A professional and friendly company to deal with. Tony was very helpful, no pressure and no haggling. I got the offer I intially received and the money was in my account within 15 minutes of the Driver coming to pick the car up. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend using this company if anyone is thinking of selling their car, even a non runner.

Good experience, no haggling - they honoured the price agreed beforehand. Tony and the driver were friendly and easy to deal with. The only small grievance I had was that the driver rescheduled the agreed meeting time at late notice, but had no issues besides that.

Car collect the same day, very friendly guys and paid me exactly what was agreed over the phone after sharing a few pictures and a quick video. Payment was within minutes too. Would use again if I had another car to sell. Thanks

Easy to deal with. There was a slight bit of bartering on the sale price, but wasn't a million miles away from the agreed price given on the initial email. Very easy process once price agreed.

I highly recommend GCB and in particular Tony for the excellent customer service provided and the fair price offered on my car. Don't use we buy any car, go to GCB. Tony asked return some small items left in the car by mistake which I greatly appreciate.

The whole process was well organised and smooth. Communication was excellent and on the day I got regular calls from the driver to say how long they would be.

Once the car inspection was completed, the money was transferred in 30 mins and Tony updated DVLA online. Just like that the sale was complete.
