Jacky has been amazing in helping us plan the trip to Galapagos. Haven’t been there yet, but are super excited about the trip. There is a plethora of options in Ecuador - she found us a cabin in a cruise that we hadn’t looked at which actually met all our needs. The planning couldn’t gave talented without her help. Galapagos cruise
I just got back from an 8 day Galapagos cruise on the Grand Majestic booked with Happy Gringos. The cruise itself was absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I booked through David in July last year and he was amazing with building our itinerary and answering the many questions I had. He was super responsive throughout the entire experience. I can’t recommend a trip to the Galapagos more, and don’t hesitate to book with Happy Gringos.

Happy Gringo is a professional travel agent based in Quito. My travel advisor, Jacky Valarezo, was very competent and responsive to my emails. We also had a WhatsApp call, wjhich was useful. My husband and I booked a Galapagos Cruise and a Napo Wildlife Center stay with them, we went from 12th to 19th January 2026. We had a fantastic time! The payment process with Revolut or Wise run very smoothley. I can highly recommend Happy Gringo and Jacky!
