The rating is for Michael Murray who dealt with my complaint regarding a damaged order that had been delivered by their carrier DPD. Michael was extremely helpful, professional, offered great customer service through out and made the whole unfortunate experience less traumatic. Dissappointed with all the inconvenience especially now as im trying to source this item from elsewhere. This order was needed sooner than later in brand new condition as purchased and i wasnt confident Harvey Norman could make that happen.

After recently moving in together with my partner, we have been furnishing our home and have found Harvey Norman to be absolutely fantastic - a one stop shop for everything we could need! We have been shopping in the Boucher Road store & have recently purchased two beds - the process could not have been easier and the staff are unbelievably kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. I would like to specifically thank Paul & Aaron who were able to help us get the perfect beds and delivery dates! They have both been amazing & we really are super thankful!
Due to having such positive experiences I fully intend to keep shopping at the store!

After quite literally 4 hours spent on the phone and online trying to order a Starlink with Curry's, who were clueless, and whose website repeatedly cancelled 4 orders, due to what we 4hrs later discovered, was because they had zero stock (they insisted they had stock and that we had to go in to the store miles away to collect, as the order problem was ours!!!) thank fully I found Harvey Norman online! They were showing stock in their Gracechurch branch, so I called up, and Ellie answered. What Currys could not achieve in 4 hrs, Ellie sorted out with speed, total efficiency, and a high degree of knowledge, in about 5 minutes. The order was handled by her with absolute professionalism and friendliness - additional items were sourced for us, payment was made, an invoice emailed, and on top of it all, she even liaised with our courier who went to pick the item up for us as we were at distance from the store. If Ellie isn't already a manager, then I would suggest she is fast tracked, as I do not think I have seen this kind of customer service and efficiency for YEARS. Thanks so much Ellie, you saved the day, we had zero internet at our site, and keeping in touch with family was essential. (assistant EBond)

Never been to Harvey Norman before, went in to have a look on the 13th June 2026
My iron had broke a few days earlier so had a look at the ones on display.
I was approached by a very knowledgeable assistant Jolita, who helped me choose a new one. At the checkout I was was served by Gabriela who was equally as helpful.
Made my first experience very welcoming.

Do not buy from this website. I ordered a 65 inch Tcl tv from them and they took my money. 2 days later, they call and say its not in stock and they made a mistake on the website.(They offered nothing in return and just wasted my time). Ive left a review multiple times on their website and they keep deleting the reviews.

Received email hours later saying there was a mistake and no stock available...money will be refunded in 5 to 6 days!

Bradley & Paige at the Merry Hill branch have both been excellent at delivering good service. They were transparent in informing us of the products we were curious about, they were patient and honest. We are happy with every purchase we’ve maid at HN they played a massive part in this.
