Do not order anything from them they take your money and never send the product !!! Disgusting

SCAM!!! I ordered a product in January and still haven't received it. They used covid as an excuse even though the shipment was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 weeks. Now they stopped responding to me!

I wanted to give ZERO stars because To give 1 star is a disgrace. Do not order from this company. 5 months and no product and they quit replying. Using covid-19 as an excuse. Absolute crap! Warning do not order from hazelpick!!!

Unfortunately I have to add my voice to the very many bad reviews. I also ordered two products in January and haven’t received neither the items nor a single reply to my emails. Would not recommend to buy there, it is definitely a very untrustworthy website!

Ordered a product off them in January of this year still haven’t received it and it’s May even though Ive emailed them numerous of times to chase it up and asked for a refund and no reply. They’re definitely scam artists! Unfortunately I tried to use PayPal with them it wouldn’t work so used normal CC so unfortunately for me won’t be seeing my money or product!!!

Bad bad bad bad!!!!!!!! 3months, but no items. they respond to wait 2 weeks more and then when requested to refund, they never respond since then. I used to paypal to pay, so looking into claim to get my money back. They are SCAM. Dont purchase anything from them.

Do not buy from these people. Waiting 4 months, thats $30 i will never get back. Scammers!

I have been waiting 3 months & not received my purchase...I have emailed multiple times & had no response!

I did order handy portable steamer from this site on January and didn’t receive till now and they no answer to emails. I guess it’s scam 🤬🤬

After reading all the negative reviews i would like to at least give credit where's due.

I ordered an item online with Hazelpick, very soon after (within 24 hours of ordering), I did some research on the item realising then it wasn't any use for my requirements. I emailed straight away to Hazelpick. The following day, still within the 24 hours of the order, I received an email from Hazelpick, confirmed the order cancelled and a refund had been made into my Paypal account of which i have received.

Total scam! I ordered 4 months ago and every time I email them about my order and to ask for a refund they respond with “please wait 2 more weeks”. Wish I would have used PayPal so I could file a claim against it to get my money back. :(

Item never received. Emailed numerous times!!

I would give it a zero star if I could, it's a scam! I didnt receive my item since January, anyone knows where to report them??!

If I could give one star I would. They did respond to my email, with "please give it 2 more weeks" The tracking number does not work at all. Facebook shopping is a SCAM!

I ordered the towel on January 17. The package hasn’t moved anywhere since January 19, and it’s still in China. I’ve emailed the company several times with a response only once to say to wait 14 more days. It’s been more than twice that since and they still haven’t replied to further emails, and I still haven’t received the towel.

Ordered package Jaunary 23rd. Never recieved it. Never got a tracking number. Nothing. Emailed their support at sveral times. Nothing. No response. Don't fall for their scam.

I ordered the magic instant hair dry towel on January 12. It’s April 10 & I still haven’t received it. I emailed 6wks after my order date & was told to wait another 2wks. I emailed again 2wks later, no response. Waited a few days & sent another email, no response. Yesterday I finally filed a claim thru PayPal to get my money back & magically now the tracking shows delivered yesterday evening, even tho it never came. What a coincidence (insert sarcasm). Hoping I’ll get my money back thru PayPal, but not feeling very optimistic since they lied abt the delivery.

If I could give zero I would. Waited four months for glide away. Numerous emails asking when delivery was, no reply. Not worth the money, don't buy this heap of plastic. Doesn't work. DO NOT BUY.........

Misleading ad! Don't buy the magic instant hair dry towel, it's a fraud!
It doesn't work, it is just a common and quite expensive towel. My hair didn't dry even after 40 minutes I had it on!
