Very good first time service. Friendly reassuring staff. Allowed me to come back twice as required stronger drops to assist wax removal at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Hearing Wales were so friendly, welcoming and professional. They put me completely at ease during complex hearing tests. Everything was explained in detail before, and as it was happening. I was given full feedback gently and compassionately about my level of hearing loss. I highly commend the treatment I received.

Hearing Wales Cardiff performed my hearing test in a private area, they were very polite and efficient in carrying out the tests Luckily my hearing is still within a reasonable range so no hearing aids required so unable to comment on that service. However i have used Hearing Wales Swansea a number of years ago to have swimming plugs made due to me having grommets and I am still using them. Would definitely recommend them as a company.

An exceptionally relaxed environment. Nichola is very friendly and efficient, and the treatment I received from Sophia was painless and very effective. She was also very helpful in answering the few questions I asked of her with sound advice.

Everyone at Hearing Wales was friendly and professional. My problem needed a second follow up appointment, which was arranged with only a short delay, and everything has been great since! I will definitely use Hearing Wales for any future issues; it was a brilliant experience.

I live in Newport but yesterday I was visiting Cardiff so I called into Hearing Wales on the off chance to check on a problem I was encountering with my aids. Despite not having made an appointment Nicola arranged for me to see Sophia between patients. The minor problem was resolved there and then saving me a return journey from Newport. Thanks again both for the first class customer service. I highly recommend this company.
