Excellent service
My 9 yr old son had a severe ear wax blockage, and was advised regular olive oil drops and seen at the Emlyn branch. Both Amy and Adele were absolutely amazing with myself and my son. Reassuring him through the whole process and very professional, thorough and informative.
The issues my son was experiencing were fully explained to me. Amy managed to micro-suction wax from my son's ear and identify some eardrum deformity which she wanted to review in a week's time. Such a wonderful service, and i would highly recommend Hearing Wales in Newcastle Emlyn.

Hearing Wales at Narberth.
I have today visited Hearing Wales at the Narberth branch for a ear syringe. Staff members were very pleasant and welcoming, the procedure was carried out in a very professional manner, every part explained fully and no discomfort during the procedure. I have used this service for the last three years over which the cost has remained the same. Would highly recommend them for any hearing problems, and will certainly use Hearing Wales (Narberth) again.

Hearing Wales has a great product
I was made very welcome by the receptionist, Meg, who was also knowledgeable. Ed, the audiologist, had a friendly but professional manner and expIained everything clearly to me. I have had excellent results from the hearing aid product and confidence that I can return if I need any further adjustments to my hearing aids.

Fantastic service from Megan & Ed
Big shoutout to the person I spoke to on facebook messenger (I think it was megan) for managing to get me a super last minute appointment for a ear wax removal. She was incredibly helpful and very easy to talk to.
Also a big shoutout to Ed, the guy who cleaned my ears in the appointment. Lovely guy and the service was fantastic.

I have never had poor service from…
I have never had poor service from Hearing For Wales and they have always been flexible when they could not carry out a proper ear cleaning due to myself not remembering to put enough olive oil in both ears. They have been very thoughtful in not charging me twice and have been very helpful in allowing me to book another appointment. I would happily recommend Hearing Wales to anyone.

I was so impressed by the excellent customer care I received at my consultation last week . I had a lovely welcome from reception and the consultation was so detailed. He took every care to ensure I understood each step of the assessment and put me at ease with his kindness. I find it amazing that this service was free! It was so in depth and professional and I felt very grateful for the whole experience.

Friendly and professional service, from the booking of the appointment to the ear procedure. At the appointment, the procedure was explained and I knew exactly what to expect. The issue with my ear was resolved. Have used this company twice now and will not hesitate to use them again
