Reassurance!

I was able to quickly chat with a REAL PERSON, who sorted my problem speedily and erased all fears I had of being entangled in one of those on-line 'paper' chase situations. Hedgehog's reputation is enhanced in my eyes due to this.

Any complaints don’t matter to them

Any complaints don’t matter to them. When I bought my car insurance because of the time of purchase my car that was 1 year difference, they increased £100 pounds on my bill. I asked from other insurers and they said that not a good reason to increase. I don’t want to renew with them so when I cancelled the renewal, instead of covering for one full year they deducted 2days, which left my car uninsured.however according to the law my car have to be insured for 1 full year . That the rip off and I hope trading standards do something about them.

Don't use if you need to make changes

First time using this company and would never recommend them to anyone I had only been with this company for about 4 months then I tried to change my address through there app which it would not let me do so had to chat with someone through their online chat but I was told that hedgehog would not accept my new address and was advised to cancel my policy but it seems like if you have got insurance with this company they don't accept changes and advise you to cancel your insurance policy but they then try and charge you a cancellation fee off £120 pounds when it is them who tell you to cancel your policy. Then you receive very unpleasant emails and texts from this company so why should people have to pay a cancellation fee when it is them who will not accept any charges to your insurance policy this company sounds a scam but out off order with their nasty emails and texts.
