Amazing products and customer service.
Absolutely love my amazing LED light mask. It makes my skin feel amazing, really plumping to get rid of fine lines. I use it (red) on my dec, hands and knees too (firms up for sure!). My husband (red and NIR) and daughter (blue and red) use it too! Staff member Marcela was amazing to deal with. Led Pro mask Review
Ordered the LED pro product a few months ago. Love the results. Really gives my skin a glow and has helped the texture and dryness. Also i think it has reduced my breakouts greatly. Liked it so much i just bought 2 more for my mum and sister for xmas.
Only downside, no battery indicator so its a guessing game to when it will die. And can be a little uncomfortable around the eyes. (red mark after using that goes away). But the results are worth these minor complaints.

I have been using the LED Light Therapy Face Mask PLUS with Decolletage around 5 times a week for nearly a year now and loving the results! I use the Triple Radiance 635 nm, 854 and 465nm which has so many benefits to it. I have had some lovely comments from friends and family on how good my skin is looking. I had a small issue with some lights not working on my neck piece and the customer service was incredible. Excellent communication and understanding with a replacement sent out straight away. I cannot fault the service or product.

I love my Hello silky Led light mask ! I use it all the time especially if I have a breakout. Great product. I actually have two of their masks. Recently I upgraded to their newest model, but both are fabulous for at home light therapy.

Over a long period of time I have added to my Hello Silky arsenal, yes arsenal. I choose that particular word because my purchases have fought the battle helping me to preserve my skin. The three main problems I had were uneven skin tone due to sun damage, aging (I am now 71 years of age) and minimising the development of peach fuzz. I like the “easy-to-use” appliances with no time consuming cleanup after application.
The customer service has always been in a timely fashion with consideration and courtesy. I have recommended Hello Silky to friends and associates at my gym, dance classes and archery class. People often ask me what my beauty regimen is (I am no beauty but present very well due to my more youthful appearance) and I tell them about Hello Silky. I have used their products for a very long time but for me it has been worth it.

LED masks help heal my skin
I suffer from Topical Steroid withdrawal and using the LED mask has exponentially helped my skin. I notice faster healing times when I’m going through a flare if I’m consistent with the mask. I’ve had the Pro mask before, and upgraded to the mask & neck bundle so I could cover more area. Highly recommend these masks.

Visible results from my LED mask and excellent customer care
Bought the mask about 6 weeks ago and I’ve been loving it, I am already seeing results in my skin texture and my hormonal breakouts heal a lot faster. I was hesitant at first, I thought that too many extremely positive reviews was a bit dodgy. But I still took the leap and not regretting a single bit!
I had to contact customer service a couple of times and the level of care has been outstanding, each time I received a kind and prompt response, and a solution to each of my questions and concerns.
I recommend their LED mask, I got the plus one in black, very comfortable to wear.

I find this IPL device extremely effective
I find this IPL device extremely effective! I had previously undergone laser hair removal treatments, but they were ineffective, time-consuming, and quite painful. My hair grew back unevenly, which was frustrating. However, after using this device for just a month, I can already see a noticeable difference. Hair growth has significantly reduced, and the process is completely painless. Overall, I’m very impressed and absolutely love it!

I decided to buy an LED mask because I follow several board-certified dermatologists who frequently advocate for how effective LED masks are. HELLO SILKY IS A DECEITFUL AND UNETHICAL COMPANY
I purchased an LED face & neck mask from Hello Silky.
I tried it on for fit when I received it and it was loose around lower face area and was not a good fit for my face shape and it only had one head strap.
I did not connect or use the mask at all and returned it in the same condition and packaging 5 days after receipt.
Hello Silky refused to refund my money and advised that because I opened the package when I received it and tried the mask for fit, they considered it used goods and not returnable and refundable. Even though they claim they offer a 90 day free trial and returns policy on their LED masks.
BUYER BEWARE - Do not purchase anything from Hello Silky unless you are prepared to be ripped off and lose your money.

1: Your order was delivered within two business days.
2: You received the correct item as ordered.
3: Your initial exchange request for a different model was promptly approved, and we covered the shipping cost as a goodwill gesture.
4: All your inquiries via live chat and email were responded to in a timely manner.
5: Your return request was approved in writing on February 12th, based on confirmation that the item was unused. Although the seals were removed, we still approved a refund, with a small fee to cover costs such as the original shipping.
6: Tracking details for your return were not provided until yesterday, and we only received the item today. You can verify this on your Australia Post tracking.
7: A refund cannot be processed until the item has been returned, as you may understand.
We genuinely understand your frustration, but we’re unsure why you would claim that your request was rejected or call our business deceitful. Your refund was approved in writing on February 12th, and we have simply followed our standard process.
That said, we sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your feedback and, despite the circumstances, we have now processed a full refund for you.

i ordered my IPL max pro at xmas and received in 2 days. unfortunately the IPL was not working properly, and once i contacted them, the problem was rectified straight away. hands down to a company that are willing to go beyond for their customers. my IPL has not missed a beat and progress has shown already only using it 5 times. iv used it, to how they have explained in manual and already have no growth, which is amazing. Hello Silky LED mask PRO
I have struggled with acne for almost my whole five years in high school. My skin texture and needs have change dramatically due to hormone changes and diet. This mask has really helped me with less breakouts and clearing the scarring of my skin. It has been recommended by many dermatologists to buy a Led Mask as it will be most beneficial for healing my skin. Ten minutes a day is nothing and I really see a difference in my skin especially when I wear makeup because it doesn’t look patchy but just smooth and clear, allowing to feel more confident. Game changer for skin
I've struggled with cystic acne my whole life- and the associated damage to texture and tone that comes with picking at my skin :( I started using the Hello Silky LED PRO mask consistently for 10 minutes every night in November and my skin is looking amazing.
I'm 36 now and my skin was starting to look dull, but I swear, this mask has me looking glowy and clear.
I will say- you've got to be consistent to see results, but 10 minutes a day is nothing for how good I feel in my own skin now. Highly recommend.
