tried many search engines such as Hotels.com, etc but the best result and ease was Helloworld.com.au. Actually gave us the best rate exchange over all the others. Very happy, but have yet to travel so cannot say what the accommodation will be like.

Very easy to book internal flights in the US from Australia. Good choice of flights, instant confirmation via email & easy to pay in Australian dollars avoiding the foreign exchange fee.

I had been looking to make a multi flight booking and was finding it frustrating... Until I found Hello World. It was so straight forward, and after looking through so many other sites, I knew that the prices I was being presented with were the best.

Booked a package holiday with airfare and accommodation recently. The price was better than another well known online booking agent and the process was easy and fast!

Previously for years upon years I have used you site for International travel, those days are over. Other sites offer more options with flight times and pricing that is much lower.

The past 12 months I have noticed a dramatic shift in you pricing, huge error.

We booked return flights with this company and they provided inaccurate information after placing the booking, full knowing of our itinerary. The online staff are totally un skilled and incompetent... we had to pay for a mistake they took no responsibility for. ..

We booked a hotel online; when we arrived to the hotel late a night to find they didnt have the booking and to top it off were full. To then be told by helloworld after the poor hotel had done all the work ringing around to find us a bed they would refund and just go to the next hotel to see if the booking was done was appalling. We had to insist that this wasn't good enough and then be put on hold for 45 minutes while they negotiated with the other hotel we were shattered. We will never ever recommend this OTA to anyone at any time and will happily and unreservedly share our experience with our tourism industry colleagues.

The customer service lady understood what I wanted and found the right flights for me within a brief amount of time.

In trying to book this return trip to Italy, I had become frustrated with the internet booking option of Helloworld and decided to find a real person to help me. Eventually I found the 1800 number and the right help was at hand

Whislt overseas we had the worst travel experience of our lives, i accept that travel agents make mistakes but what i struggle with is that when i phoned helloworld from overseas to ask for help with tour and flight query was told you are not my client i cant help. We had spent hours trying to get of this tour and were stressed to no end. Back home sent email and dissusion with store asking manager to call me, spoke to headoffice who showed no empathy and said manager would contact me a month waiting still no call.Your customer service doesnt exsit and i will never use this company or recommemd it again.

I'm actually appalled by my experiences so far with helloworld.

After ringing up to change a flight, they changed it to the wrong day. When I rang up to request they corrected the flight date, they advised they would need 72 hours to review the call tape (to ascertain whether the incorrect flight date was my mistake or theirs). After 72 hours, I had no response from helloworld, so I rang them. I was then told it would take ANOTHER 72 hours for them to review the call tape. At this stage, I asked that they attempt to fast track this (given they had already had over 72 hours), and they me they would call back within 24 hours. It's been over 24 hours, and I've had no callback.

I'm really disappointed and frustrated. Will definitely never use this service again and will request friends/family do the same.

I booked my accommodation through helloworld online thinking that it was a reputable company. DONT DO IT! They charged us twice and are trying to withhold 2000+ from us for 3 weeks. The customer service lines were just trying to get rid of me saying that the bank would have to unhold this money which I was told by the bank wasnt something they could possibly do. What was helloworlds mistake was just ignored, furthermore they were trying to blame me for booking it twice, WHICH DEFINATELY DIDNT HAPPEN!. Not even an apology and if you want to speak to someone in charge, dont even bother unless you want to be on hold for 2 days and if they say they will call you back in 2 hrs that wont happen either. ITS ALL A SCAM! They take money from your account without authorisation. Dont put yourself through the stress!

I searched online for plenty of travel agencies (including the popular ones in australia).

However, Helloworld is the only one that had very good reviews and also does international travels. I booked my international tickets with them and within 10mins I got the itinerary and also booking numbers with the airlines directly. Plus their booking website is very easy to use and has all the features (like meal request, seats, frequent flyers etc) - All under the same booking wizard in Helloworld website.

I would highly recommend them and use them again !

Price was not the best value but was close
