I discovered Helloworld by a google search and its now become my go to for checking prices, availability and excellent options. Not only are they cheaper, but they're easy to use with all the options laid out easy to see. Very happy with my experience booking accommodation internationally!

I wasted 2 and a half hours this morning trying to book flights and a hotel with Helloworld.
I initially tried to pay with 4 different credit cards online, all of which were free of debt. I then tried by calling them....yes, it was clearly a call centre I got who did not speak clearly so spent 1 hr getting all of the flights etc details correct. Finally contacted 1) American express...both my and my husbands card said error and 2) our different banks visa and mastercards. All up we must have tried about 20 times and each time even on the phone it would not process.
I called 1) AMEX and 2) the bank attached to the other 2 cards and both organizations said that it was not their end that was the problem but the merchant terminal.
I called Helloworld back with explicit instructions for them to call AMEX and resolve the issue.....NOT LUCK THERE I AM AFRAID.
Why a company like this does not have their terminal working correctly I do not know. Annoying as I will have to again spend time finding these flights as cannot go directly to the airline. But the most annoying part is that I have wasted so much time on it.
The purpose of buying travel online is supposed to be the ease of which it is achieved....NOT WITH HELLO WORLD!

I asked for a refund from Helloworld for my flight from Cape Town to Melbourne. I was told it would take 7-10 business days but it only took two business days (not including the weekend it stretched over). I am so happy with this because I was relying on that money to book another flight home. So happy with Helloworld and would definitely book with them in the future!

Good price more to spend on holiday

I booked my flight ticket using Helloworld (for the first time) because it came up at the top of the list of my search results for cheap airfares to get to the destination. It enables you to customize your search to your preferred time(s) of travel on the day specified. In addition, you can narrow down your search according to the preferred airlines and the airport which you may want to depart from or arrive at. You will be pleased to see that one or more cheap airfares that appeal to you apply across multiple times of travel within the same day.

Booking was straight forward and easy to understand form and editing is very convenient if you make a mistake.

Would be great if the website was linked to Helloworld outlets.

One the most annoying aspects of booking online are websites that are coy about prices. They will only reveal price of a single itinerary after a lengthy process, which must be repeated to access any other available options.
Hello world only requires dates and destinations. It is then much easier to select the most appropriate flight from the list of all the available options, neatly tabulated by airline.
Searches do not fall over or end with cryptic messages, which makes booking a breeze.
It is much easier to then compare flight times, stopovers and routes.

Consistently offers one of the cheapest prices... easy booking (with no hidden fees locked up in payment through credit/ debit cards)...

Even if it doesn't come up as the cheapest company, a quick comparison of actual price (including credit card fees) might prove otherwise...

Hello World had the best price for the flight I was after, so booked with them for the first time. Communications were good and I was kept informed and reminded of my trip. No problems at all and, based only on my experience, would have no hesitation in booking with them again.

Using the Hello World website (October 2015) was really easy & generated exactly the flight itinerary that I wanted for a competitive price. I'm always a bit nervous when making a substantial Au$ payment to an unknown agency/firm over the internet, but I needn't have worried as the transaction to Hello World went through with no problems and at the price initially quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending Hello World to other potential on-line customers.
