Quick and easy
It was quick and easy booking with helloworld although the creditcard surcharge is annoying. There are other sites that don't have surcharges.

First experiance
Booking was easy and pricing was good, the only annoying thing is my credit card had two pending transactions for the flights which has tied up my funds, 4 days later and one transaction has gone through and the other that should be credited is still sitting as pending still freezing funds on my credit card.
My credit card should not be charged twice and explanations from helloworld online when I phoned did not make sense.

Easy, efficient booking process
Recently booked to return tickets to Cape Town. The price was good and the itinerary the best to fly Sydney to Cape Town.
No hidden charges and able immediately afterwards to go to the airline websites to reserve seats, meals etc.

Had the best prices for internal (Australian) flights. The only thing is you can't select a 'depart' destination' separate to a 'return' leg destination.
