So hey broadband like to randomly block your VPN. We had it working for months then blocked. Raised ticket fixed within a few hours. Nice email to say it's fixed if any issues get in touch
This week same issue however this time the only way to fix it is to pay more for a static IP which I have done as we need to work. 5 days later we still can't login. Their support team have no updates and just keep escalating the issue but with no resolve.
Service not being provided but expect me to front the bill if I want to leave. We won't be able to pay any bill if we can't earn as lost a week's worth of pay so far because of this

Despite being told that my final in voice was £16.44 to the end of my contract.
I now have an Invoice for £73.08 Billing post leaving. This is after returning hardware after the end of my contract.
It has been a nightmare leave them with being told that I was lying over previous conversations to end the contract. I was billed at double the agreed rate for a month also. although this was denied,

I should've listened to the other reviews stating how horrible this company is, especially their customer service and aftercare. They will be very happy to set you up and take your money, but will provide you with poor internet and 0 support.
I am a customer on their "top tier" 900/900 package, the most expensive plan they offer, and for over 5 weeks I have had terrible ping because my traffic is being routed through Brazil, Singapore and the United States to reach a UK server. A UK customer, being routed halfway around the world by a UK ISP. We're off to a good start.
The customer support is disgusting. Every contact results in the same scripted apology and a promise that it has been escalated and that "you will hear a response as soon as possible from the senior technical team", promising a maximum 2 days wait time. Those 2 days pass, nothing changes, and its radio silence until you chase them up via live chat again. I even intentionally left it for a week to see if they would say something, but absolutely nothing from their end.
Chase it up, and the cycle starts again from scratch, with the same rehearsed script lines "We're sorry about this, we've escalated it and we'll give you a response when the senior team investigates it" (Hint: A response will never arrive). I've had high ping for over a month now, shown them the diagnostics and the routing issues and they still act clueless.
Over a month later, their engineering team finally concludes their investigation and states it is outside their control and suggesting I contact server providers, when its on their own infrastructure. What a joke.
If you value your time, your sanity, or a connection that actually works the way you are paying for, PLEASE look elsewhere. I am now taking this to the Communications Ombudsman, which tells you everything you need to know about this company.

Pedro was efficient and really friendly - wifi has been working with no issues since his installation.

Technical issues with broadband required engineer visit. This involved renewing fibre connection and connector and also a change of the modem and router. When the landline re-connected subsequently I found that we had a repeat of an issue dealing with any number that connected to a switchboard offering a 'menu' for different departments. I called HeyB and was put through to Daniel H in 'tech support'. He was very helpful, patient and professional, analysing and dealing with the issue via two or three calls, a home-test and then remote adjustment of our new router, finally waiting on a mobile call while I rechecked that the landline then functioned correctly. Took a while - but very happy with the outcome.

No phone line since midday. It's now 7pm and our number has still not ported over from SKY. I have no way of contacting the emergency servicesand am concerned about this. Hey!B tell me it should be ported by the "end of the day" whatever that means.
Hey!Broadband really care about keeping you connected. Majority of the time we have not had any trouble; but on those few occasions we have, Hey!Broadband have got it fixed and up and running again in not too long at all. I think when our fiber cable got broke it took a few days for an engineer to be available but we was bake up and running in under a week. They are the best company I have ever had fiber with and at a very good price also, which helps keep the budget in check.

I was able to resolve my billing issue over WhatsApp - Sandile Mhlanga helped me. My situation was a little convoluted but they understood what I needed and were able to sort out what I needed. I'm very pleased at how easy and efficient the service is.
