We purchased two dog beds, an extra large and a large for our bulldogs. Initially we were happy however they only lasted for a day before the paint started to come off of the mesh covers. After a week they were becoming threadbare and holes were starting to appear. We contacted the company and they insisted it was the fault of our dogs scratching and not their product. They said we would need to spend even more money and buy the heavy duty covers which we did however they lasted even less time before they became threadbare and holes appeared. These are not cheap dog beds and we expected far better for the price we payed. We have since replaced these bad quality beds with a far superior brand whose dog beds last longer than a week. I would never recommend these beds or this company to anyone.

I ordered a replacement cover and feet for my dog bed. The package was damaged during transit & the feet lost. HiK9 sent a replacement with no problem. Well done &thanks HiK9

Really pleased with the bed.
Easy to clean under and around and wash. I even use my cordless hoover with ease to remove dog hairs daily as it doesn’t suck up the bedding on the sleeve cover.
My dog chews through other beds
I’ve ordered another one as a spare for a different room and I am converted. I wouldn’t buy any other bed. They are hygienic, practical and look good too.
I have sleeve covers in stars and teal and a luxury nest and I have purchased sheepskin. All good quality and not chewed by a Labrador puppy who lives chewing! Best of all is being able to Hoover up hairs snd crumbs without removing the bedding.

We bought the raised bed in grey...been fab...holds up well...great as an alternative as our pup was chewing thru regular soft beds....

Waste of money!
Doesn't do what it say's on their website.
The dog bed creases up and holds water.
Thought i was buying the best at £80 but the previous one i had at £25 is far superior.

Two luxury nests were purchased. The base was ripped within hours by a Norfolk Terrier. The base material by the clips also ripped so impossible to secure to bed. Base material very poor quality. The inner cushion did not wash well at all. The complete so called luxury nests have been binned. Luxury absolutely not. A complete waste of money .

Our Dogs ❤️ Love their Original Hi-K9 Beds ... to the extent that if only one is available in a room or outside, there is competition to establish which will secure pole position!
The large bed at 69 cm wide can cope with 2 retrievers curled up together, or one at full stretch out, lying on side!
Well made : other beds we have tried over many years with Retrievers have virtually all suffered from claw damage and/or teeth after a while. After nearly 6 months our first bed is as good as new. These beds are designed so that the webbing cover holds the frame securely together, thus not involving any screws. The imitators may be cheaper, but you gets what you pays for.
We use a topper layer then secured firmly above the webbing. Being above floor level, there is no build up of damp ... common to most beds laid directly onto say a colder floor.
They are light to lift up and move around. We use the heavy duty rubber feet, so that the beds work as well outdoors for games or rest ... as indoors.
The bed arrives in a substantial cardboard box and with all components very well protected within. The kit included a bag for packing the bed away if taking with you touring or camping. Assembly with practice takes only a couple of minutes! Imagine doing that in a field with fiddly screws ... just to save £10 to £20.

We are currently awaiting the delivery of another bed unit from Original Hi-K9 ... ordered during the Covid Lockdown.

My final note is one of commendation for the way this Company has continued to function through the very testing spring Lockdown in the UK due to the global pandemic. We gather that many of the staff are working from home and so deliveries are taking a while longer than usual ... and their availability of stock is certainly challenged currently! Through it all they have kept us informed by email.
Well done ~ a service that is a cut above.

Disappointed

Bed arrived badly damaged and couldn’t even be assembled.
1 crossbar was bent, both legs were extremely badly scratched.
I was offered a replacement crossbar and a discount off the bed.
The bed was to be used outdoors so would have rusted due to the damage.
I had to push for a refund and bed was collected.
Despite having the bed 7 days a refund wasn’t processed until I contacted customer services again.

I have seen these bed and they are great, however there needs to be some kind of quality control as the one I received was only fit for the bin. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired too.

Good afternoon all, I hope you are keeping safe, I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say the bed arrived today (Super quick time) and have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the HiK9 raised bed, it was very easy to assemble (Once I'd actually read the instructions) and once assembled, it looked great, especially with the fleece cosy sleeve. I think I am about to become a super fan of your products.

Excellent product. Just missing the leg stoppers to prevent markings carpets/flooring.

Great service! First 2 sleeves didn’t fit, they were immediately replaced. Highly recommended. My dogs love the beds and the sleeves!

Placed a bulk order for our Pet Travel lounge. Due to the order size there were some items we had to wait for but we were able to detail the requirements with a real person on email which was a big help.
The items in stock arrived the next day all in good condition so overall very pleased with the service.
Needless to say the dogs are loving the beds and it has drastically reduced our laundry volume for the dogs.

.... but she loves it! So do we. Easy to assemble and really sturdy. The fleece topper is l8vely, simple to fit and doesn't move.
