The customer service is fantastic! I have had my dog beds for over 7 years and they are still as sturdy as the first day we got them! Excellent company

I ordered a medium and a small bed for my Lakeland Terrier a few weeks ago. She likes to bury underneath blankets when she sleeps so we invested in a medium snuggle tunnel. Best value for money as she’s now never out of the thing! We also bought the small so she can step up onto the couch as she is elderly and couldn’t before.

Fast delivery and very well packaged delivery!

Will be ordering again for her!

Recently received a small mesh bed for my French bully and he absolutely loves it ❤️

Had initially entered the wrong address upon purchase but when I called to rectify this, their customer service was great, no issues at all and very polite.

I’ve got another French bully coming in the new year and I’ll be definitely ordering another bed again…brilliant product 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where to begin, purchased my HIK9 XL bed at crufts, due to me picking a stainless steel my order was shipped straight to my door and was there within 3 days, my dogs are never off it, so easy to clean and maintain recently purchased new luxury pad for the winter.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough, it’s worth the investment as these beds will last a lifetime!

Bought Hi K9 mainly for supposed ease of assembly and transport. After over an hour of trying to fit the mesh, I rang the company to explain I simply couldn’t stretch it over the frame. Customer service suggested WD40, which, being toxic to dogs, I didn’t want to use. I was told this would hose off. They explained that the mesh needed to be tight to take the weight of the dog. The company sent me two shorter bridging poles. By this time and after (genuinely) another two hours work, I had managed to fit the cover. When the poles arrived I was unable to remove the mesh. So the bed is standing in my garden. The worst thing is, my dog doesn’t like it and won’t even stand on it. Definitely would not recommend the bed. I may as well have thrown away the money it cost.

Dangerous. Cheap quality with a high price tag.

The bed is so poorly welded it basically folded in on itself.

The leg extensions are so cheap that they send thread seal tape and still it is a poor fit.

2 days ago I noticed the legs bending inwards and only 3 legs being on the floor.
Yesterday the bed collapsed and fell over as my poor dog stood up to change position.

Horrid, he couod have hurt himself.

Customer service is ignoring me since Tuesday.

Unfortunately this dog bed with the extension legs is just not fit for purpose and actually dangerous. It’s extremely lucky my dog hasn’t been injured as it collapsed when my (not heavy!) dog jumped onto it. I have another bed underneath, so I was horrified.

To make matters worse, the customer service has been appalling. I contacted their Facebook page twice before the collapse to check I had put the product together correctly as it was very wobbly. No reply despite having seen it was read by them. I did get a reply when I emailed saying the bed had collapsed and was asked for a copy of my invoice and a photo of the collapsed bed, which I sent and now have had no further reply, despite me emailing again.

£100 wasted it seems. You’d expect a quality product for that money.

Spent over £150 across 2 orders.

Confirmation emails received but nothing dispatched.

Sent an email to their customer services 2 weeks ago. No reply.

Called. Was told that the person who looks after the orders is not in and that I’d be called back. No call.

Can’t say anything as to the quality of the products. At the moment just seems like a scam.

Honestly, don’t bother, they aren’t the only company making these kind of dog beds.

Will have to try and claim back though my bank.

Filled out an order to see what the total would be and never completed it, they sent me an email reminding me. a bit intrusive but fine. Now they added me to their emailing list and started sending me products suggestions within hours.

Very intrusive and unwelcome.

The product is of poor quality and breaks very easily, be prepared to buy endless amounts of thin plastic covers which do not last! They are simply far too easy for a dog to damage and you could be buying the covers once a month even after buying the additional useless protectors that do not protect to keep it funtional. My view is the premium beds on sale are not fit for their intended use and are a waste of money. The company has taken a no-accountability approach and warrants that these are indeed fit for purpose despite demonstrating the products are prone to damage even when used with their protective extras.

I haven't quite worked if the business doesn't understand the retail sector or there are being straight-up difficult because they want to protect their income.

But certainly, a poorly designed product using poor quality materials while marketing as a fantastic must-buy product. Disappointed we were dismissed given the cost involved but reviewing our options to see if their responses are indeed aligned with relevant trading standards etc.

I love these beds. I have a small, medium and large bed throughout my house with cosy sleeves covers and luxury reversible blankets. I have owned two of the beds for about 5 years and they are still going strong. My dogs love them.

We purchased a medium bed with extension legs, as we wanted a bed the same height as our bed and also one our dog could sit and see out of the window.. however, no matter what we do with the tape two of the legs keep falling off and the bed rocks. I contacted customer service who said the bed needed to be up against a wall for stability, but they’d refund the legs if we wanted to send them back. We have had this bed up against a wall as recommended and it’s still rocking :-( so now we have a bed that is not fit for purpose, that was certainly not cheap either, and we’re having to look for alternatives.. so I definitely wouldn’t buy the extension legs, and I wouldn’t rate the after sales as all. I had explained I only bought the bed so that it was bed height, so to only offer to refund the extension legs was not an adequate response, as they knew we couldn’t use the bed as intended.. :-(

Excellent product coupled with fantastic customer service! Dogs love these beds too! Highly recommended!

Used to be great but last few years quality has slipped. Past 4 covers have split, bought a heavy duty one which has also split and has holes in- standard covers split but never ended up with holes. Definitely not durable or as heavy duty as described. I’ve had these beds for years and years without issues, used to freshen them up with a new cover once a year (which wasn’t really needed, the colour would fade a bit sometimes) but now they only last a few months before they are split or threadbare! Have recommended this company to so many clients of mine but sadly switching to another brand

Fast customer service and really nice quality toppers and beds. I found a Hik9 locally and have since bought 1 canvas cover, 1 topper (2 counting eBay find) and a set of extension feet. My dog loves the variety and she is comfortable. 9kg and on the size medium, which provides plenty of stretch room.

If I have a query and submit it, it is usually answered next or same day.

The raised beds with the heavy mesh covers are just not suitable for large breeds. I have great danes and have I originally brought the wrong cover which split. They advised to buy heavy duty covers which I did and they again have split. Really disappointed as love the bed but cover just not strong enough. This was on a large bed not a XXL bed. Now to find one that is suitable for such large dogs.

We bought one of the mesh beds originally for our rescue puppy, however we realised when receiving it he was very quickly going to outgrow the size we originally purchased. We sent it straight back and requested a refund with the intention to order a larger one but 2 weeks on we are still waiting on our refund. It states we should received our money back within 5 working days from them receiving the goods and we can see that they have received via the post office tracking details 11 working days ago. Customer services haven't been particularly helpful to this date and we are still waiting for our refund. A shame really as the bed looked great but with this poor service we are unlikely to order again.

Bought this for my American Bulldog, he loves it! I've tried comfy cushioned beds before that he didn't like and he preferred to sleep on the hard floor. He slept on his new bed last night and didn't leave it, which for him is unusual as he never seemed to be able to get comfy on his previous beds. I did buy the heavy duty feet at the same time as he is a big strong boy and the bed stayed firmly in one place. I highly recommend this bed!

Lovely bed - arrived today, feels very sturdy but I thought they came with the heavy duty feet.

I just spent over 100 pounds with this company on the bed and I called them immediately to ask about if it is possible to purchase them as i was not aware, but they will not ship them out to me without charging shipping.

I am quite surprised by this as after spending so much you would think they would honour something which quite frankly isn't obvious on the website.

The lady said on the website it is written that the beds come with standard feet, however i do not think this is very clear and should be in large or bold writing as i think most people would purchase them.

I do like the bed however the 3* rating is as I do not think for the price that I paid I have received anything close to the customer service I should be getting.
