The company sent me at first, an incorrect order, but they soon fixed this with no hesitations what so ever and very fast. Their communnication was amazing and great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone and the products are just so good. You wont go wrong buying from this company. Very rare to find such a good company these days who take pride in customer service

Instead of using auspost or Aramex they use Yenwan and iMile couriers. IMile couriers are impossible to get a hold of. Apparently the courier tried to deliver but said the business was closed (delivery is to my workplace) which we weren’t. I’ve tried to reschedule for today but it’s ridiculous that iMile deliver late. It has authority to leave so I don’t understand why it wasn’t left. I would never purchase from this company again.

Super cute packaging, well made, great fragrance options.

Arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. The little jars are so cute and I can’t wait for people to open them on Christmas Day.

Firstly the product itself is absolutely amazing!! I’d give 5 stars for the product. Unfortunately the product isn’t Australian it actually shipped from the USA which is a little misleading and postage took forever (understandably). It should be made known where the product is being shipped from at the start. But overall happy with the product itself.

Thought this company was in Australia only to find out they ship from the Netherlands and the products are made in China. Went through my order and one of my lip balms the lid had come off and also the lid where the lip applicator is was not sealed properly. First and last time I will be ordering from this company.

saw this product from a friend......delivery was too long..but I guess xmas but the disappointment came when the packaging was different, the brown box just didnt cut it as I was planning to give the 6pack as a gift and the packaging I previously saw was fantastic.

It is just as advertised. Silky smooth going on and the shine and hydration lasts for hours even in an Aussie summer. I wish they had a matching flavour to the scent because that would make it a 12/10.

Just received my pack of 12 that I took advantage of in the Black Friday sale. So happy with the packaging - just beautiful. Going to have many happy friends when they recieve their Christmas pressies.

The flavours are amazing. Really great balms, you only need a small amount and you can feel the difference almost instantly

Unfortunately the delivery was done when no one was left at the office and courier left it at the front door and by the time I drove back to work the package was stolen so I am very sad as they were going in Santa sacks. Never mind I will try again next year. And I bet the thief now has bueatiful lips.

Got the box with all sort to try and extras. Absolutely love it my 9yr old son uses one also and loves it. Also they make great gifts.

Bought these on sale. Giving as christmas gifts. Good buy as I got buy one get one free. I got multiple favours.

Very cute presentation. Using them as Xmas gifts so will be a great addition to a gift or as a stocking filler. Bought during Black Friday sales so more cost effective, otherwise a little on the expensive side for a lip balm.

Been using honey balm for a few days now. I purchased several flavours and I opened the coconut one. It is totally delicious. Makes lips soft and hydrated with an amazing smell but not overpowering.Excellently packed and shipped fast. Excellent communication from company with regular updates on your honey balms journey. Can't wait to try other flavours I purchased in the the future. Very happy with purchase.
