Don’t order anything from their site!I ordered 3 items on December 10th 2019,reacived them on December 29th,and they look nothing like the items i saw on picture.I tried to contact them,after ignoring me for 2 months they finally said I can return my items and they will send total refund.I paid 18$ to send that back and after a month the items came back to my adress (I don’t know why).I contacted them again and they say they cant do refund without getting their items back.They are such a scam.My worst online experience ever!

Their website and catalog of products look so cute. I looked at their size chart and ordered 5xl. I ordered 4 sweaters that totaled $125. One item came but it was too small so I communicated thru their customer service and sent it to an address given to me in Los Angeles. This cost me $17.49. They claim they never received it altho the post office did not get back to me that it was undelivered. After they offered me a voucher which I declined. The other items had not been shipped and I cancelled them and requested a return of funds. There were more than 20 emails between us and some of the customer service people were Jerome, Romel, Glyn, John, Carl, Cielo, Lizette. Finally I have placed a complaint of fraud with my bank. The funds were thru a company called Shoespar. The website says there is a Resolution Department but there is no such thing. This company unfortunately is fraudulent.

I ordered a pair of boots, jacket, and coat from this site back at the first of January. Total order was ~$132.00 USD. After over a dozen emails, I received the boots in March 2020! They were surprisedly really great; well-made and a comfortable fit. Hence, the Two Stars. However, I have yet to receive the jacket or coat. I’ve sent well over a dozen emails and received no response to date! It’s nearly May!! Order status is “still processing”. I won’t be ordering from this site again. Very disappointing!

I also like the designs, and they looked good in the advertisement. First, I was overcharged by $4.20, then they double billed me. I got finally received one blouse which was too small and I was not too crazy about the material. I did not think it would hold up for long. I sent it back to Peter in Jamaica, NY. I contacted Hoplady and received a response from Rommel who was very apologetic and said he would look into it. I contacted my credit card, they got me refunded for the second billing, and the overcharge on the first billing. I finally received the second blouse, which was 2 sizes larger than the first blouse, but was also too small. I sent it back and contacted Rommel again. This time I received a response from Jerome who said it had already been chargedback. I explained that the chargeback of $50.00 was from being double-billed, I returned the two blouses and my $46.00 needs to be refunded. He is not hearing that. Do not order from this company

almost 3 months ago I ordered merchandise from this site. Never rec'd the merchandise, never was informed of the status of the merchandise. I finely e-mailed the company and was told the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund and was told I would get a $40.00 voucher for the item as they could not refund my money. I'd advise people to check out the site before buying. I did that and ratings were very low.

Bought 3 items, 2 sweaters and a head band. Never got an acknowledgement, never got a receipt, never got a shipping date, but the money sure got taken fast enough. I fortunately found these reviews and cancelled immediately. The headband came in...cheap, cheap, cheap. Do not buy from these charlatans!

This company is worse than a bad rating! They are terrible! I bought from them back in January and got the clothing and it was not finished off properly, small and made with the worst cheapest materials. I have been trying to get a refund from them for the past 3 months, first they said I had to post the clothing back which I did, that cost me another £20!!! And then they kept saying they haven’t received it when I could see on the tracking it was delivered! They have now come back to me and said they still can not refund me but give me a voucher for when I order from them again, which firstly, was never the agreement, they said I would be refunded only when they clothing was received back and secondly, I would never buy from this shop again in my life even if it was the last shop on earth!!!

Loved your designs --- really wanted the items for gifts --- I am so disappointed to realize that you are either scam artists or Chinese.
Under the circumstances . i.e., that I cannot get the clothes I ordered or my money back, I plan to make the clothes you advertise. The photos you advertise are lovely and I believe I can sell them quickly. The will be relatively easy to market.

I'm pretty sure this is the same company as Luvyle.com (same clothes) who has identical issues.
I ordered early Feb. Got a notice after I emailed them about not receiving order. The email with tracking # showed my address as just my condo unit number. No street address. I emailed to let them know it would never get to me and I would like a refund. That was 1 week ago. Now all I hear is crickets.

I ordered 2 items in January, the 31st to be exact. The sweater arrived today which March 11, 2020 I was told it was on backorder. The sweater I ordered looked nothing like the sweater that arrived. I ordered a medium received a smal.I'm waiting for the jeans which is also on backorder I'm afraid of what I'll receive..YIKES

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. MY ORDER WAS NOT COMPLETELY FILLED AND I UNFORTUNATELY CLOSED MY PAYPAL CASE AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND A REFUND BUT FIRST I HAD TO CLOSE THE PAYPAL CASE. YES, THERE ARE STILL GULLIBLE BUYERS OUT THERE. STILL NO REFUND. THEY SEND LETTERS OF APOLOGIES AND THEN TAKE NO ACTION TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. I GUESS I AM OUT MY REFUND. PLUS IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE ONE PIECE I DID RECEIVE. THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO REPLACE THE MISSING ITEMS WITH OTHER ITEMS.

I ordered three sweaters only received one. I haven't heard back from anyone regarding my order. I have not received my other two sweaters or a refund!! I would not recommend purchasing from Hopelady. The sweater I did receive is of inferior quality. Giving them one star is way overboard.

Why is this company still advertising on the internet? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered in October for Xmas presents. When I hadn't gotten what I ordered by the end of November I emailed. They got back to me and said my item was sold out. I requested a refund. It is now March and 12 emails sent and no refund!!!!
