I did read their website posted reviews and they seemed a little fishy because of the wording that they used but I ordered a sweater anyway. It took a little while but I did receive a sweater - nothing like the one in the picture. When I saw it was shipped from China I decided not to send it back - got donated to Salvation Army. Tried to post a review on their site but it never went through. Do not order from this company!!! You will be disappointed.

i had never even heard of this company but i was looking for something specific and an item came up from this site.
it was an adorable sweater so i ordered it in 3 colors.
the fact that the company is in china and ships from there is not apparent during the purchase process; with the current situation in china, had i known, i probably would not have ordered.
they took my funds, and then....nothing.
for days and days and DAYS.
the only communication i received was mass-marketing emails.
they did send a confirmation of my order which showed 2 of one of the same color instead of what i ordered.
sooo...
i attempted to contact them, attempted to change the order, the promise to get back to me ''right away'' was a flat-out lie...
well, it went on and on.
they actually have a feature on their site to cancel an order, which i wanted to do, so i tried that and jumped through all their online-hoops but was unable to sumbit my form because the captcha codes were completely illegible. frustrating!!!!
thank goodness i used paypal, because i submitted a dispute and THEN they responded (to paypal, not me) but they did finally refund my money.
i am disappointed because the sweaters were really cute, but i feel like i dodged a bullet and was fortunate to have my money refunded.
honestly, i cannot understand how this company stays in business.

I wish I had read reviews first. I place a order back in Dec 2019 , I didn’t hear From this company for over a month. They don’t have a phone number to call, you can only email and then they get back to you when they get ready. I finally received my sweater I ordered around Jan 20,2020 well of course it was not the sweater I ordered,
It was a different Color, a different style 4 sizes to small and nothing I ever seen before. So I get in touch with Hoplady and they say to return it. But first I needed to put it on show them how it fits take pictures and send them to them. I did all of that they then offer me
$14.00 to keepit but I payed $38.00 for it. They said I had 15 days to
Return it so I payed $12.60 postage to send it to the address on the package. And I did that,so now here it is Feb 27, 2020 the sweater comes back again, Return

I ordered a long cable knit sweater from Hoplady and am quite happy with my purchase. After reading all of the negative reviews that are out there, I was pleasantly surprised when my purchase arrived!

I received a request to supply a picture of my credit card to verify that it was my card after placing an order! I immediately canceled the order and notified my credit card company of their unusual request and told them the order was cancelled and not to accept any charges from them. Sounds like a scam to use my credit card for criminal activity. Be aware of this website!

Sorry I didn’t read reviews. Had a terrible experience. They were unable to provide any merchandise for weeks and weeks, but took my payment immediately.
They told me they were out of a product, but told me they would not refund me the full amount of money I paid.
I agree...they are worse than one star.
I just cancelled my order and disputed the credit card charge as no merchandise was ever received.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
They are frauds.

Not even worthy of 1 star. I wish I'd have read these reviews before I ordered. My order was placed over a month ago and I paid $15.50 for express shipping. I demanded at least they refund that but getting nowhere. They apologize over and over and give lame excuses. I will never order from them again, nor will anyone I know. This place is a joke and the joke's on Me! Hopefully some day soon I'll recieve my order. I'll get either that or a total refund. They'll get tired of hearing from me. Should not even get 1 star. This company is a thief. They will take your money & you will never receive your mdse. I ordered a coat in October this is February still no coat. They sure got paid! DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THIEVES !!!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM. My mother bought 2 sweaters for $80 and they don’t fit, they are hard as a rock, and smell horrible, tried getting ahold of someone to return and they try telling you that it’s to expensive to send them back. So, she paid for her own shipping to return them, and they REFUSED the package after telling her to send them back at her expense. Horrible, horrible, customer service. Never again.

This is Horrible, I've been with trying to return something. It won't give me any information on how to return it. It won't let you get online to return it. I've I've tried I've left messages saying please return this and then they want you to fill out that little thing to prove. You're not a robot or whatever and every single time. I do it like 17 times and it's always wrong. I would advise do not order from this place.

I ordered over $300.00 of merchandise 30 days ago. I was told that the order would be shipped within 15 business days. Order is not shipped. I have requested some feedback from Hoplady three times and no response. No phone number to call just an email address. Items were ordered for a trip and I would like some confirmation items will arrive in time. Bad rating because they do not respond and followup if items are late in being shipped.

This company is the worst of the worst. Ordered one jacket and a coat first of December. Received the jacket in January. It was so poorly made i gave to goodwill. My coat i have yet to receive. No contact info for me to email them and the email info i did have is now not work. This company is a piece of sh**.

Fraudulent company. Do not buy. Be warned. I wish I looked up the reviews first. Because I went thru paypal amd put a claim I did get most of my money back, incident wamt to deal with this whole thing otherwise I would have escalated issue. I donated the cheap sweater that arrived and looked nothing like the purchase item.

Hoplady is worser than this 1 star, they advertise merchandise and tell you when it's going to arrive and a month later, you receive items in a plastic bag like from the post office. I foolishly ordered merchandise up to almost $200 bucks and they arrived well after christmas, about New Yrs eve. The 2nd package didn't come until well after that. I'm so angry right now because as a SCAM, they got me, They won't show you any address to return items, I'm in a conflict with them as I write this review and really considering closely contacting my lawyer to sue, I would really like to know what company in China is behind this mess. When I first ordered, the next day I get an email saying that they advertise XL in sizes but...... the XL sizing is made for smaller women from Asia!!, so I responded back and said ok, well once I receive them I'm going to need to return the items, I also told the rep that they are doing false advertising because they are suppose to have this on their website. To no avail, I've went to the post office, mailed all of the items back, took pictures of everything including SKU#'s emailed them, and the Post office receipt paying extra to get an electronice signature, I just got another (13th email) telling me that they are only going to credit my card back 50% because I sent the items to the incorrect address, however, the items were sent to the exact address the package had listed!!! If anyone is with me on this and they have gotten ripped off by this company, I would be very interested in speaking with you by email. Can anyone say CLASS-ACTION... 972.748.6580, as I know your all mad, but I'm mad as hell with these people in China, shipping by way of California...I want my money back, and I going a lil further, even if I have to be out of some money, it's the principle of it.

This company reminds me of BERRYLOOK, JUST FASHION NOW, MODLILLY, NORACORA and ROSELININ, plus several others that magically appear on the internet with stolen photos. (Notice how the models heads are cutoff--that is a clue) The size charts are wildly erratic and these inferior products are shipped from China. And you are responsible to pay return shipping for all items you don't like. There is NO information about the company like the names of the owners, the address and phone number. Nonexistent customer service. These are scam companies.

This company hoplady has changed there name three times since September 2019. They steal pictures from other websites that sell clothing and post them to there website. Once you order from them, they steal your credit card info to run fake charges. None of what the pictures show is what you get, if you ever get anything from them.
Thank goodness my credit card company refunded my money back.
One star review is still to good for these scam artist!!
DO NOT EVER ORDER CLOTHING FROM ANY PLACE THAT DOES NOT SHOW THE WHOLE PICTURE, and cuts off the model's face. That is your first clue they are thieves!!!

THE absolute worst place to buy anything. Months to receive and the prices clearly aren’t worth the quality by reading other reviews! (I’m still waiting for my jacket to come in that should have been delivered before Christmas!!) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME buying anything from this place! Tracking my package it’s still in California! I’m in Maine! Extremely disappointed!

Placed an order. Took over a month and half to receive it and it was nothing like the picture. Wasnt even the same quality! I was so disappointed! It took so long to get it I was scared to send it back for a refund. Buyer beware!!! The items are not as they appear/advertised to be.

I never received my order how do you get them to respond??????
