Wished I would have read the reviews…

Wished I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. I never received my item and have not heard back after emailing their service department. They charged my PayPal account and I have not been able to contact anyone to get a refund.

Big disappointment

Big disappointment
If I am not mistaken, this is the same company that shows up on the internet under different names. I had a very bad experience in that the size was not the one I ordered. I sent it back and never received the correct size, in other words, I receive nothing. It was super difficult to get in touch with anyone. This went on for months. I finally wrote a letter to the co. in China and eventually got my two items. They were still the same size--the wrong size. In addition, the quality of the two blouses was very bad. I will never order anything from this company, under whatever name it now does business.

1st time customer

I received my product today almost a month later. The package was torn. There are snags in these sweaters. They are nothing like the photos advertised, and they smell really bad.
The yellow one doesn’t have large cuffed sleeves as shown online. Also online it looks a lot heavier material and not so much like a sweater. Falsely advertised.
I am extremely disappointed in this entire process.
I’m a first time customer and don’t usually leave reviews. This company is operating unjustly and I will never purchase again. It’s a shame they are allowed to use Facebook to advertise and trick people into believing they ship quality product.

Bad Company

On 11-23-19, I ordered 2 items. I received one item, a pullover sweater that I love just about a week ago, but have yet to receive the yellow sweater/coat that I ordered along with this first item. I've tried getting in touch with this company but can't get through by any means. It's been over six weeks and so I guess that I'm out about $32.00 from that order. I'll NEVER, and I mean NEVER, order from this company again.

I ordered a jacket on Dec 2019

I ordered a jacket on Dec. 7 2019. I just received it today on Jan 6th 2020 .This was not a jacket but a cheap replica of a jacket maybe but I wouldn’t even call it a sweat shirt. I am so disappointed! Such a rip off! The web site doesn’t even let you return or exchange it or contact them. This is a scam!

I ordered two sweathers; one pink & one blue december the 13th 2019 for $80.00 bucks & have not herd nothing from them or received nothing!!! Their customer service is no getting threw!!! What should we do??? Im so disappointed!!! 😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣 I want a refund now! Forget the sweathers!!!

These people SUCK!!!

These people SUCK!!!! They are SCAMMERS and I am going to report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and I suggest that everyone does the same or else they will continue to rip people out of their money!! I placed an order for 2 winter coats for my teenage daughters and I paid $89.64. Hoplady sends me an email first saying that one of the coats are out of stock. Next day, the other coat was out of stock. I contacted them requesting my money back and I have yet to hear ONE WORD from them and I am very angry because I work hard for my money and I hate THIEVES!!!! I do not have any money to give away PERIODT!!!!!

Horrible

Horrible. Don’t even bother with ordering anything from this company. The merchandise does not look like the pictures they advertise, the merchandise is poor quality and cheaply made. I ordered two items and only one was delivered yesterday after ordering it in the beginning of November. Then the item delivered was not the item described as being out for delivery. Still waiting on my second order. Mind you the items are part of the same order. I order two items on the same order but only one item arrived. Merchandise looks nothing like its picture on the website. There ought to be a law to stop companies like this. Scamming people.
