Just read last review the hoses do definitely kink and our one in the backyard does not retract any longer they are 3 to 4 years old so maybe that is their lifespan??

Onto my fourth spray gun, this time a huge bubble in the hose popped! This is my second review, the points being: the spray gun keeps leaking into my shoes and breaking; the hose keeps kinking constantly and the hose reel is way to hard to pull out so is rarely used. So NO l don’t recommend wasting your money.

Hi, I was kindly given this hose accessory as a replacement for the previous discontinued one similar title which leaked in several places. Sad to say the updated one in my title leaked in 3places as well and I am in the process of returning both to HOSELINK so they can test these for themselves. I’ve gone back to hose on tap no angle attachments for now but I REALLY like the concept of adaptable moving hose angles to offset the problems of kinking and twisted hoses and hope it all gets sorted so I have no further issues. HOSELINK are a top company for innovation and trends and they really do keep the opposition “on their toes!” Their help line is always generous and first class intentionality for their customers guaranteed right away. They are good with Aussie spirited follow-up. Margo 💦

This sprinkler does everything it promises to! Unbelievably easy to attach and equally easy to change to each of the nine incredibly well planned settings. I highly recommend it!

Excellent for use with gravity feed only water tank. The pressure is so low it takes a while to fill the hose and remove any kinks, but if you connect first with tap to fill the hose, then connect to the tank it works like a dream. Very happy wiith the hose. Am now planning to purchase a larger tank and with no need for pump and power outlet installaion.

I would strongly recommend these products to anyone who wants reliable long lasting garden products.

We thought: "Who could be bothered ordering a retractable hose online?" and bought a competitor product for a similar price at our local hardware store. What a mistake! The first day it worked, the second, it wouldn't retract all the way despite fiddling, and by the first weekend, it was a tangled mess. We ordered a Hoselink and it arrived on our doorstep in two days. It slid straight onto the wall mounted bracket and my wife loves it. It's easy to use, doesn't tangle and retracts just like it is supposed to do, every time. The competitors might look similar and be priced similarly, but they certainly don't perform. Well done, we'll be buying more Hoselink products.

great, this is the second time i have purchased one, in at least the last 10 years, i actually purchased 3, one for each of my hoses.

Works great and makes watering plants easy and efficient as water goes straight to the roots. A great product.

Easy to install. Also plenty of room in the housing so the hose doesnt jam half way in like most others. Great product.

I purchased the hose for my mother(76yrs young) as a early Christmas present and she is loving it. No having to undo the kinks, not getting caught up in knots and the ease of putting it away with out hurting her hands as my mum likes her garden neat and tidy. Best value for money, time will be the true judgment but I'm quietly confident. :)

Brilliant product. Good quality materials and construction, easy to assemble and even easier to use. A real asset in my garden and it makes me feel very organised!

After pondering over buying a Hoselink Reel, I bit the bullet and bought 2. I am very impressed with the quality and ease of set up.

The Product is Fantastic and as described. The Delivery is the FASTEST I have EVER,EVER had. Ordered the units on Monday morning , and recieved the units on Tuesday before 11 am. AWESOME.!
