Fast response time and excellent quality of work

I had an issue with Plesk not being able to update itself, and I tried many possible fixes from the Plesk support forum and others with similar issues, but nothing fixed the issue. Then I called the land line, and the person from HostEurope helped me add a support ticket, and from there everything went smoothly. This was a log priority task, either way it was handled in 2 hours after ticket was registered. Great quality of service.

If you are looking for one of the best…

If you are looking for one of the best hosting/service stop looking, HostEurope is a reliable provider, we have been using the service for +5 years now with +10 VPS running. The VPS are fast, easy to manage, stable, service/support is fast and knowledgeable, no 'I don't see a problem', they look further, do the right checks so that you feel like a valued customer.
In those years we only had a few 'minor' problems, a migration from old to new systems and a network connection problem but in general everything is online, the communication is as it should be.

About the VPS: Value for money is great, hardware is fast, no overselling, no downtime, it may be more expensive than others, but nothing is free, quality has a price, and generally the price is not the highest.

We decided years ago to move all our hosting to HostEurope and have never regretted it, our customers are also satisfied because they depend on being online, webshops, web applications, no one can afford to be offline so we are glad we found a partner to achieve this

Complicated Hosting Solution - acting as Telecom

My overview is that this is a strange Hosting Company. You order a Domain name and Hosting from their website, they charge you and then receive an empty account. The domain does not get registered nor is the hosting account opened. For people who are trying to register a domain name quick, this would be impossible. For about 3 days nothing happens, in the end, they return your funds, and require tons of documents by E-mail. Guys from HostEurope, this is completely unnecessarily, clients outside Germany are not used to tolerating such strict billing methods, similar to a Marriage. For future clients, be prepared to spend a lot of time and energy fulfilling their special requirements, which are nothing more than a way to blackmail you in some point having all of your data. I would not recommend this company for new projects, it is more likely suitable for old businesses looking for a long-term Hosting acting as a Telecom.

Multi years review...

I run a small community forum for quite a few years on Host Europe virtual servers and all I can say is BIG praise for their uninterrupted service. If there is any downtime scheduled due to any maintenance they always notify us in advance and it is always done in the nighttime. I have never received a complaint from any of our members that the forum is inaccessible. Server accessibility and response are excellent and never lagging or slowly.
As a long-time user, I highly recommend their service.
Note to Host Europe: Please continue with your exceptional service in many years to come and support us as your users because we will support you even more.

Good Hosting, OK support, Horrible Billing

I have been with Host Europe for over 10 years. From a Technology perspective everything works pretty well. Their customer service people are technically competent. You get a reply to email within 2-3 days or you can get them straight away on the phone if you call. Sometimes you need to speak to a few people to get an answer on more technical matters but things usually get resolved easy enough. Their documentation is not always kept up to date which can be annoying. Most frustrating is dealing with their Billing department. They are truly incompetent. Some of the most simple things like migrating to a new platform will quickly turn into a billing disaster which takes some serious time to get sorted. There is also no path of escalation so you either deal with it or find somewhere else to get hosting.

As you can see on our website, we only offer hosting contracts with monthly payment intervals. We are happy to accommodate our customers and, if possible, arrange individual payment intervals. If you initiate a tariff change (or order a completely new product), these products will always be automatically provided at the conditions stated on the homepage and any individual payment arrangements made for other / previous products will not be taken into account. Of course, we will be happy to make adjustments to the payment terms at the customer's request if you contact us.

In addition, we will contact you shortly by e-mail to offer you a further solution for future contract changes and conclusions.

Absolutely the worst cPanel hosting

Absolutely the worst cPanel hosting you can buy.

These are the people who managed to destroy the ease of working with cPanel.

Simply adding an Addon domain in 2 clicks takes them an eternity since the DNS for that domain must be set up via their prehistoric CMS.

Also the simple email setting is completely ruined since for each mail you have to create an MX record in their CMS.

Technical support is incompetent. Each clarification takes 3 to 4 days to solve a simple problem.

IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN WITHOUT HAIR BUY THEIR CPANEL HOSTING.

OTHERWISE AVOID THIS GARBAGE.

Not worth

Their network is very reliable - but that's about it.

Servers are very expensive for what they offer. Some IP-Ranges were on UCEProtect blacklists, which they don't care about, even if you contact them with the reported IP addresses from several blacklists.
Business customers couldn't send mails because their IP-Range was blacklisted as multiple other IPs in that range sent spam. This resulted in other servers not accepting their mails anymore, going along with a hit in production volume.
At least support always reacted within 12 hours.

Edit: They asked me for the customer ID, which I cannot give them anymore as I switched my places of work. It's a domain running on vwp2166, ending with ss-gmbh.de. It has been 2-3 years.

First of all i am a real person

First of all i am a real person. I am customer of Hosteurope from 2012. I live in Israel. During the years i tried a lot of companies but the best performace of the sites are from this company. Another plus is a customer support. I even got phone calls from their support, trying to solve my requests. Now I am using "classic webHosting Premium" i have at least 10 medium wordpress sites hosted there and the performance is very good. Thank you guys! Keep it this way!

Support is rude an cannot solve the…

Support is rude an cannot solve the problem.
Beware if you are not using their mx and use another or dare even host your own. They outright refuse to look at the problem, even if it is obvious the misconfiguration happened while a scheduled maintenance on their side.
4 Weeks without working Mails from Hosteurope. thank you. never again.
