I try to be as honest as possible here. I am using Host Europe email services for almost a year now. After almost one year, I am planning to go on long holidays and planning to setup an auto responder. It was not easy to find the setup on webmailer and it took long time for me to have the courage to contact the support for at least seems to be simple settings. Eduarde helped me a lot and made sure that I have the access to KIS login and assist with the date format in the autoresponder. Definitely, the customer services deserves a 7 star rating here. I have rarely encountered such a dedicated customer support in this fast moving e-commerce environment. I feel warm and very welcomed and wish to give the credit to this wonderful service and respectful communication. Thus, I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Host Europe's customer service team who have the heart for their job and gives the love to their customer. I have been a customer with hosteurope for 10 years and use it for my personal use. I really like the service and their customer service is excellent.

Idiotic cusomer "service"

After a few months of service I needed a simple administrative change, instead of just addressing my request I got back a formular with a 50 EUR fee attached to. I imidiately terminated my business with them.

Prior to this I had been using them for ~10 years in my old company, newer had this kind of stupidity from them before. I'l not be using their services again.

We have been using Host Europe for server hosting for 5 years and always been happy with the service. When we had to move our server to a US provider (due to outside circumstances) a mistake on our end caused some data to be left behind. Host Europe went beyond what was required of them and helped us recreate the missing data. Excellent service!

Had a problem activating a new SSL certificate on 2 of my websites. A very friendly a competent support technician helped me over the in-built chat system and resolved the issue in 2 minutes. Excellent!

Armin from HostEurope rocks! He really went beyond call of duty and helped me to set up my CNAME and A to get my page running in Wix. And he did it while talking in English, was patient and supportive.

Using their VPS and dedicated server services now for over 10 years (always around 20 VPS/dedicated servers). Helpdesk is very professional and can really understand problems and give a suitable answer.

Server Upgrade

I requested a server upgrade, tech support handled the request very fast and precise, I received an immediate response to every question and detail I asked for. Interrupts were minimal.

Rudy support people and what happened if you buy something from them. They have Mr. Dirk which is enough to start a decline. Actually they all are same.

Over the last eight years I have used Host Europe for one or two “simple” server configurations and hosting solutions. I have never had a problem in this time. Their service is great and always available 24/7.

You can chat to the team, or ticket them or even call them. Their employees are skilled and competent, and their responses are sensible and quick.

Due to recent months of frustration with my main current hosting provider, my inability to engage with them, the exorbitant cost of their ineffective support and their expensive value for money proposition, which made being competitive in the market place difficult, I started migrating my servers to Host Europe. Host Europe meets all my requirements and more.

To date I have moved twelve servers over to Host Europe and will continue this migration process with urgency. You never now how important effective support is, till you need it. I need Host Europe for that. I am happy to recommend them.

I remember when I first became client of Host Europe they had excellent support to help me with my problems, and they went out of their way to answer or solve them. Recently I just had a similar experience with Host Europe again, and again they did something for me they weren't weren't obligated to. Of course these were all special requests, because normally you can do everything yourself using their online interface (KIS). So I can clearly recommend them already based on their support. Service is also very reliable, never had any unexpected problems.

I have worked today with Armin on the behalf of my client. Very professional and very dedicated service. Keep it up this way! Your dedication to the clients is fantastic.
