Got these solicitors off line and only choose because was cheaper tyen else where but I am so glad i did very good easy to communicate had our best interests all the way i would recommend highly for price and service and 8f move again would only use these guys for sure

I have just recently used HS LEGAL SOLICITOR,for a sale & purchase of a property,I hadn’t heard of them,and they are not local to where I live,my only criticism,is getting hold of Jawad,but if you send a email,it is always answered in 24 hours,they we’re professional & got us through a very stressful time,I also think what they charge is very fair,I would happily use them again

It was the first time engaging with this firm, as a landlord of numerous years i felt dealing with this company was extremely easy at all times. The app they use is both easy to use and keeps you fully updated as to the progress of your case, however if you do need to speak to them nothing is any problem.
The quotation was very competitive and upon completion there was not any extras.

Communications were mainly in the form of emails and digital documentation which was efficient.

Communications and updatesfrom HS Solicitors were usually only when progress had been made in which they would inform us.

HS Solicitors expressed they would act in our best intrest and we feel they did that for us.

Minor criticism of a few errors in documentation which we highlight and they corrected.

We used a comparison website and HS Solicitors was very competitive with their pricing.

Great service. I had a very bad experience using online conveyancing in the past, but my experience with HS legal was completely different.
