We've used HS Legal over the last year for two sales and one purchase. The purchases were auction properties, one requiring a 14 day completion. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and the deadlines were always met. Communication is prompt and particular care was also taken regarding funds transfer. Would recommend HS Legal for your conveyancing work. Excellent service and good prices as well. All round I'm very happy with their services and I'm now using them for my latest purchase.

Only seems to be 1 solicitor and multiple case handlers replying to emails . Becomes very confusing when multiple people reply to an email and don’t understand the full email history. Questions asked multiple times when responses already given.

Never been able to speak to the team directly after calling on multiple occasions regarding issues which could have been resolved quickly over the phone.

Estate agent and other solicitors were too unable to communicate directly with them which slowed the process down.

Overall poor service provided with very limited contact and zero call backs !

I recently used HS legal Solicitors for my house purchase they kept me informed all the way through would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Avoid them. They do not act in your best interest. And find any justification to increase the fees. Even if they have to make one up.

I really liked using the online conveyancing. Whilst i never even spoken to Jawad the conveyancer he would respond same day to email enquiries and I could see where we were in the conveyancing process with their on-line tracker. Definitely a service and company I would use again if needed.

Fast and Cheap.
The price was very good much less than the local conveyancers were sadly offering. We had a simple sale only and paid £200 extra to have this completed quickly. We exchanged within 17 days and could have completed within 3 weeks if the buyers were able, as it was we completed in less than a month.

From start to finish, this company kept us informed, every step of the way.
