The consultant was friendly and informative, and although I was only in the research phase, she assured me that it was no problem at all to be connected to the service to learn more.
I have worked in sales for over two decades and recognize when someone is genuinely there to help you with your problem.
I recommend using the directory as a springboard into buying/ building or simply in planning for future goals.

It just early stages yet so nothing bad to say

iBuild was a good starting point to research building options in the region. I appreciated Home Advisor, Gilda being so responsive to my query, particularly as it was during Christmas period. Gilda was able to assist with shortlisting builders in the region which saved me many hours of research. Thank you to Gilda and the team.

First of all, the phone rang at 11 am where I had selected Call in the afternoon, so that was a good start. Obviously keen but not really listening to what I had to say more wanted to move towards getting some sort of builder to be in touch with mereally sounded like she was on a commission if I signed with a builder I mentioned that and she assured me she was not but I’m not so sure anyhow pushy took a long time and as I said I was trying to eat breakfast when she called.

Your repredentative, Gilda, was unhurried during our discussion. Especially, as our goal to build a new home had a late 2026 timeframe, there was no immediate action intended. Nevertheless, Gilda allowef plenty of time to understand our goals and timeline. Then, she sent us information that we could use at this early stage. We will talk further as time goes by.
