It was a present for my BF and he was truly amazed and thrilled. The product seems very good quality (we will see during usage) but so far I'm very satisfyed.
One think I don't like is that I don't think the price for "engraving" equalls the result. For this price I would expect the letters to be bigger or more fancy.

Also I would like to see the handle covered by leather insted leaving it plain plastic.

But overall it was a great gift

Luxury Walking Canes are beautiful and fast delivery and help from the seller as Fedex did not quite fulfill the agreement for delivery after 2 pm. a company I would definitely shop with again.

Extremely pleased with the quality! It was well packaged and free from damage in transit. The embroidery was correct and had no visible loose threads. Feels nice in the hands and matched the pictures online. Absolutely love my purchase!

It wasn’t at all like the picture but by the time I opened it to wrap for the birthday event the two week refund policy was up bc it was measured from “shipping date”, not received date. I felt deceived and not great bc it’s clearly not the same umbrella as pictured. I was so hopeful and bc of the high price point I didn’t even question your integrity. Regards, Liz
