I ordered a sample of sunset hour by goldfield and banks as I even have a bottle of it myself.The sample smelt different,projected much less and didnt last as long.I strongly believe I have been sent a fake and I would never recommend this company.

I ordered a Kayali vanilla candy sample costing £7.99 which never turned up. Sent 2 messages via email chasing my sample and got no response. Very poor service. Had to complain to PayPal who then refunded me.

I bought a few samples from this site, I didn’t receive one of them I had payed for in my order. I contacted them to enquire in hopes that it was a simple mistake and that I’d then receive my sample that I payed for however it’s been a month or so and I’ve had no word nor received the missing sample. Don’t bother with this site, just go elsewhere to purchase samples, save your time and money.

Believe the negative reviews! They tamper with their fragrance samples I ordered strong perfumes and they came smelling like watery alcohol I could barely smell the perfume. Never use this sample company.

The order arrived and the fragrance smells lovely but the bottle that it came in was defective and it is already leaking so it won't last until the wedding day. I already emailed customer services and no reply 30 Days later already.. Appauling customer service order no #23058

I have placed multiple orders with this company, and never had any issues. Samples arrived on time. Only once I had an issue with one sample leaked, I sent an email and got a quick response, and new sample was sent out with a week.

Absolutely brilliant. I have worked with many other fragrance sample sellers, none as good as imperial. Delivery was fast, fragrances smelt amazing (all authentic) and the owner was so nice when they added an extra free sample! Nothing but positives with this company, highly recommend and will only be using them for my smelly needs. Keep it up imperial!

If I could give no stars I would. I orders a sample over 2 weeks ago and have emailed several times but no response.
I am going to create a dispute with American Express as I think this is a scam.
This company is also Les Senteurs - avoid at all costs
