I read reviews about this company here and took a chance to place an order. Thankfully I only bought testers. Three weeks later, my items hadn’t arrived so I emailed them. No response, no acknowledgement, no items delivered. I live in the UK, their company is supposed to be in the UK. It shouldn’t take over 4 weeks to deliver an item. I don’t know about the positive reviews they’ve got as my experience was negative. I believe I have been scammed. Thankfully I didn’t lose much money. From my experience, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not purchase from them! My order has not arrived and after contacting them 4 times I still have had no response hence no refund either!! Only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. I wish I had read the reviews about this website before I bought something.

This is the worst company I've ever seen. Zero communication. Was looking forward receiving my parcel after waiting for a while, then i send them an email for any update of my parcel .Any without any explanation, I just received an email for a refund notification. I will never shop with them again. A very bad experience 3

Never showed up. I got no reply after my first email but got a response after my second, offering a refund if it didn't turn up by Friday. Really disappointed.

I have received 1 sample instead of two. I have emailed them, used live chat and never received nor refund for the missing item nor any reply. Thiefs!!!!! Never again

Hi i pay for to perfume but i haven’t received and in the side shows me delivered.

Im giving 4 stars because they are terrible with responding to emails and putting customers at ease when it comes to the shipping delays,but I have always received my orders,next working day after they dispatched. Always! Never missed an order. Big thank you for that!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I’m frustrated and disappointed with the service I received after placing an order with the company. I placed an order, but unfortunately, the wrong shipping address was auto-filled during checkout. As soon as I noticed this mistake, I attempted to cancel the order immediately, only to find that they do not provide an option to cancel or amend an order once it’s been placed.

Following this, I contacted the customer service team via email, requesting that the shipping address be updated to reflect my billing address instead. I received a response a week later, stating that the item had already been shipped to the incorrect address and that I should contact that address directly (baring in mind this is 4 away from me). I was further informed that they would not be re-shipping the item or offering any alternative solution.

This response is both unhelpful and completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be able to resolve simple issues such as address errors promptly, especially when I’ve acted quickly to notify them of the mistake. Instead, I am now left without the item I ordered, and the company has shown no willingness to assist in fixing the problem which is quite clearly a reoccurring trend. Had I looked at the reviews before hand I would never have purchased.

This is my third order with Imperial Fragrances UK and there has never been an issue before.

However, this time, I placed an order on the 13th December which is yet to be delivered (it's now the 2nd Jan).

I understand that the post can become busy over the Christmas period, but I have not received the item and I've now emailed twice and still not had a response from Customer Services.

Please can you kindly issue me a refund for the order that I have not received and reply to my emails?

I had a bad experience with this website. I ordered a 5ml of dolce and gabbana luminous night & never received it they never sent me a tracking number or anything. They finally sent me a replacement after a few emails but I don't believe they ever sent me the first one. Awful customer service as well avoid. To the response below you used to sell this product my order number is 14042.

Still waiting on a refund from September! Placed an order and they didn't have one of the samples in stock, asked if I wanted to pick something else or be refunded, I asked for a refund, emailed again in November requesting the refund, no response and no refund! Won't be using them again.

£20 for a sample - scam and no reply when queried it

Ordered a sample on the 15th of October it never came, the tracking number still says ‘ready to ship’ sent a message a couple days after I ordered, sent an email on the 28th October and I’ve tried to ring and I’ve heard nothing.

Update: I’m unsure why this business has a hard time understanding that sometimes people are busy. I am a real customer and I’m disappointed by your response I have indeed send a follow up email today. My order number was #19825 I think you ought to issue me some kind of apology?

Never arrived and had to go through my bank for a refund. Don’t bother with this site.

SCAMMERS AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. STRONGLY DISSUADE ANYONE FROM SHOPPING HERE.

I returned an UNTOUCHED and UNOPENED package after they didn’t want to cancel my order and they emailed me saying that the package was opened, the vial was unscrewed and had been decanted before being returned and that I wouldn’t be getting a refund.

On top of this, they have poor communication, were very curt/impolite and didn’t respond promptly.

STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO SHOP HERE. THEY LIED AND STOLE MY MONEY.

Legit good comms legend no issues. Perfect as always. Never had any issues I mean how can you one of the best out there there a few of them so they’ll have to share the Gold medal at the decant perfume olympics.

Ignore the bad reviews, I've had nothing but great experiences with this company, excellent products at great prices, delivered quickly, what more could you want? 😀
