This parcel was sitting in the shop to be collected for 26 days. I only got an email to collect it the day before I would have gotten my money back because it was so late! When I collected my parcel the shopkeeper complained to me as if it was my fault. I told her that I was made to think that it wasn't delivered yet. It was actually an Eid present and came two weeks too late even though I ordered it in good time before Eid. Overall very dissatisfied with the service and will not be using the locker ever again.
First time using inpost was really easy and simple to use. Will definitely use again xx
Had an email telling me my parcel was ready to be picked up
Touch screen to put in my mobile number then code I had been sent by email
Door opened and then retrieved parcel and closed door
Instantly received an email confirming I had picked up my parcel
Really easy
Very easy to use and parcel sent and received very quickly
Took over a week to arrive. There was an apology for delay but still disappointing. Then wasn’t delivered to correct house and my tracking just said ‘left in a safe place’ with no other info. Recipient tried immediate neighbours but no luck so I rang Inpost. Alex who I spoke to was very helpful and did manage to send me a photo which although wasn't overly helpful, was good of him. Recipient tried all the houses in the road and it had been delivered to the further house so this was poor from delivery driver when intended house was clearly named and only the second house in the road!! I think the sender should receive the proof of delivery photo as standard rather than it having to be chased as if it is a surprise for the recipient, they wouldn’t be tracking it themselves. Can this be changed?
It was so easy to post my parcel with very clear instructions very pleased with my experience of inpost uk.
Very impressed on how easy and convenient it was to use. Will definitely use again.
