Just shocking. I suspect they are operating to 18th century KPIs. Hopefully my parcel will arrive one day.
Utterly useless
Utterly useless. Possibly fraudulent. They don’t meet their delivery commitments to either client or customer. Their delivery schedule means drivers lie, throw parcels over gates in the rain, deliver to incorrect addresses. I’ve had to search for parcels, cancel orders etc.
I don’t understand why clients choose this bunch of charlatans.

On offer here is an appalling and potentially corrupt service. Arbitrary taxation is applied to foreign exports and channels for payment can go either to you or the customer, though the former is not always apparent. A par cel is then suspended in non-delivery unless a customer pays up which is not always possible but certainly always embarrassing. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalling . Every time I’m supposed to get parcel delivered by Evri / they send emails saying out for delivery then say you weren’t in when you were . Are they just lying for their clients ? I just wish companies had to tell you who they use as couriers and if it was Evri I certainly

Cheap worthless company
This company should now close, there is no alternate way to contact them when a problem arises.
The driver delivered my parcel, he did not ring the doorbell and when I checked my email, my parcel was left on the doorstep and I left instructions that parcel should be left over garden gate. The parcel was on the door step for over 2 hours so it was lucky a passer by did not take it. To be honest I detest Evri service and prefer Royal mail, they deliver on time and you can communicate with them
Evri is just a problem and I have to tolerate there services because the company I order from uses there services and no complaints can change evri from there bad practise
Parcel to Canada
Parcel to Canada, received email day after posting to say I owed Canadian taxes, which wasn’t due as I was well under the $60 gift limit. They then acknowledged my email, but still said I owed taxes, they obviously had not read my email! They then emailed me to say that there had been an error and my parcel was now being returned to me!!

Hand made quilt. Uk to Portugal.
Initially lost in Basildon for 10 days. Didn't reach the international hub.
Taxes paid upfront in UK. Cleared customs in Netherlands eventually. Arrived in country of receipient? Really? Next courier was Correos in Madrid Spain. All communications thus far in Spanish not Portuguese.
However tracking stated in Portugal Covilha a hour away from my home.
Apparently 3 attempts at delivery. Doorbell techology says otherwise. We were in all week.
Evri customer service provided positive comments when we complained.
The reality is its being returned to the UK. No attempt at delivery.
Please don't use Evri to send anything! They just don't care.
Hopefully my relative will be fully reimbursed including taxes.

I’ve waited over a month for my parcel which was supposed to take just over a week to arrive. Evri says it’s not lost but I can’t talk to a human who works there. Only faced with AI over the phone and chatbot. I’m unable to voice my problem and no where is there an option to actually talk to someone. Useless company

Do not use this 'company' to send international parcels to anywhere in the world. Recipients are complaining that they are being sent the wrong links to pay for duties and taxes. Been a week since I ordered from…
Been a week since I ordered from sportsdirect and Evri still haven’t passed on the package to anpost. Sportsdirect charges a fortune for delivery, so why should it take this long. Also Evri are taking advantage of trustpilot by claiming the Irish Evri trustpilot site and filling it with U.K. reviews giving a false representation of the Irish site rating which would be closer to zero instead of 4.1

Back in September I received a notification that my parcel had been delivered, but I hadn’t received it. No photo was provided of where it was left. I live in a rural location so not many other properties around. I contacted everyone in the vicinity and located it at a nearby farm which I had to drive to to collect my parcel - not within walking distance. But I had my parcel. However, I then received an email from Evri following my advice that it was missing, asking me to check with neighbours etc before they investigate. I replied to say the parcel had been found. Every month I receive the same email. When I reply saying I have the parcel, please stop messaging me, I then get the same email back again - from Sophie, presumably a bot who doesn’t understand anything. I’ve now tried several times to call customer services but don’t get anywhere. I just want the emails to stop. I’ve resorted to a review because I just can’t find any other way to reach a real human at Evri.
Poor and should not be trading
Twice I’ve sent a parcel to the US, twice it has been returned to me. No fault at my end on both occasions. Tried contacting Evri customer services several times by email and phone. Left voicemails requesting a callback! No response. This company should not be trading and I’m left managing the expectations of the company I’m returning the goods to, and face having to pay a further 80 pounds to use someone else. Ridiculous.

the website does not show the tracking number, you can't manage your orders or see them. No customer support, no email or chat. Also no information about the state of the parcel and it's been one week since I posted it.

Update: I sent a small parcel via Evri International and paid priority parcel. Tracked delivery in 3-9 working days. Posted on the 19th October its currently stuck in Spanish customs, why? Because Evri failed to supply to necessary documents either CN22 or CN23 dependent on weight and value. Go with the Post Office much more efficient service, they include all necessary official documents.
Diabolical non Existent Customer Service
Ordered shoes from a UK company for delivery to Cyprus. Courier was Evri, who emailed me a tracking number. According to tracking parcel arrived in Cyprus 22 October. Since then no further tracking updates, no package received. Tried to contact Evri to ask them to trace the package but Customer helpline is just a recorded message that tells you to wait for further updates. There's no option of speaking to anyone. Same with the so called Live chat. It asks for your tracking number then just says it's in transit. No option to actually Live Chat with an advisor. No option to contact Customer Services by email either. So I still don't know where my parcel is or if I'll ever receive it. The company. I purchased the shoes from aren't getting any response from Evrri either. Absolutely diabolical Service.
