NEVER rely on Evri

Absolute garbage of a service, I regret ever even using them, because not only they didn't deliver the package STILL after almost 2 weeks it's still in the uk, they have been ignoring my emails and requests for a phone call! First started with what THEY described as a label error, when I tried contacting them, they said they'll get back to me! 5 days later and suddenly I receive an email saying "thank you for providing the mailing address". I haven't given them SQUATE! I guessed it was an automatic reply but why haven't they even TRIED to explain what exactly was the error in the first place? And if I didn't pester them about it, would they have just buried my package, pocketed the 50£ I paid for their damn service and hope I'd never find out?!
This package was a care package for someone in a homeless shelter and I wanted to make sure the package arrived safely! Instead I'm STILL unaware where the package is, if it's been processed, what was the error on the label, NOTHING! AVOID THEIR SERVICE LIKE THE PLAGUE! No amount of money is worth this absolute disrespect to customer and their packages.

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. The worse service ever. I sent a parcel to Italy in May. It has never been delivered. They said it failed Customs clearance. So I told them that if they couldn’t deliver, they should at least send it back to sender (me). Which they never did. My parcel just disappeared and they offered to refund me just for the postage costs. What a joke. How are these people allowed to be in business?

Do not use, terrible service

Evri International is nowhere close to the service they offer domestically. After my post was sent to France they first asked me to pay duty tax. Then after about three weeks’ wait and no update on status on their website I was told the item was lost. Then they tried to close the case by offering £20 compensation for an item of £110. There’s no customer service you can contact by phone. If you are lucky you might get a response by email. Truly stressful experience.

I am very disappointed when I am tracking my parcel coming from UK it says payment requested. I have never received ni payment request and my parcel is stucked in LHR London Heathrow. No answer provided via bot and can't talk to no one on the phone ';;;;[=

Do not use Evri International

I am supposed to receive a package from Evri International. It comes from the UK and is sent to a country in the European Union. I'm supposed to pay taxes and duties which is fine. If they would accept more than just a credit card payment. This is already the second try of receiving the same product. I have reached out last time and explained it to them but I only got a preset message reminding me that I have to pay, not looking for a solution at all. Don't even order from places that use Evri International, it's not worth it.
Changes they could do would be to actually answer customer questions and problems. And to accept more than exclusively credit card payment.

no urgency given to any parcels

no urgency given to any parcels. In the latest instance, its taken 7 days to get from Basildon to London, waiting for a plane to go to NZ. Is Heathrow closed or something? I was just there, so I know its not.
Why sports direct changed to these bozo's I don't know. SD orders used to arrive in NZ in 10 days, Evri is at 7 days and its still at source.

do not post items tracked by this mickey mouse company .....my items have not arrived and wont track.....diabolical.....how they are allowed to trade i dont know.....and dont bother with chat either....you get a x wit with a script. who, when i provided the number . it wasnt trackable then cut off.....after which he had the audacity of sending a how did i do questionaire.......im fuming..

Absolutely useless - AVOID

Sent £272 worth of returns to the US from the UK, after over month the returns were posted back to me with no explanation, the returns window has now closed. I insured the parcel with EVRI. The telephone number is just automated as is the “online chat”. There was no one I could speak to. I submitted a claim and they replied saying as a gesture of goodwill they’d refund the postage cost of £26 (what about the £272 I am now down and that was insured). There is no method for complaint, it is an absolute joke. Worse delivery company ever. AVOID!!!!

Tried sending personal items toFinland…

Tried sending personal items to Finland as removal goods (I'm moving there from the UK), and went through the proper process with Finnish customs ie filled in a form declaring the items as removal goods, which therefore are exempt from customs duty as per Finnish law. Evri ignored this and insisted I pay customs or they won't ship the parcels. So pretty much made up their own rules around customs. I refused to pay, so they will send the parcels back to me but refuse to refund the shipping costs. The customer service person Lisa Leigh specifically completely ignored me when i told her about the Finnish exemption rules.

See you in small claims court

I paid extra for additional cover as I was sending an item worth £160 abroad. The item was not on the list of prohibited or not covered items. The parcel went missing, tracking info was never updated so i started a claim and provided all the proof they requested. After a couple of weeks of "investigation" I received an email saying "We couldn't approve your claim". No reason provided, no explanation, nothing! Bloody joke!

I am taking it to small claims court and advise you all to do the same!

DO NOT USE ! Paid £11.69 for a small package to go to France but it got delivered to me instead !!
Took it to the post office & we tried again.
Second time came back to me !! Just a stupid BOT Chat to complain to! No complaints team to get a refund ! Not a happy customer !!

Don't waste your time!

Processed an order to go to Ireland, Evri took full payment then stated there was an issue so to contact Chat?? - They had no clue and cancelled/refunded the order but refund takes 6-7 days back to PayPal yet they are quick enough to take it!

Just don’t.

Just don’t.

Use someone else, even if it’s five times the price. If you use them, you may as well throw your money for the postage and the item you’re sending away.

I’ve spent a month trying to track an expensive (€100+) shoe return from the U.K. to CZ. Every tracking link I’m given by Evri doesn’t work, hasn’t since the first day. This means that their service partners anrent integrated properly with their website or are dodgy AF. It turns out that the address I used, given to me by the shoe company, wasn’t used… It’s been ‘delivered’ to a collection point instead, so I can’t claim for the cost of the shoes as the case has been closed. And of course the shoe company won’t go to pick a return up from a parcel shop. It’s long past the return date anyway.

Terrible.

Returned a parcel for a refund on the 19th march, disappeared for a while. Today I'm being told it's being returned to me which could take 8 weeks. I've missed the deadline for getting a refund and because the parcel isn't lost I can't claim against the cover I purchased.
Considering action via trading standards. A terrible company.

Used Evri international and was very sceptical after reading all these reviews. My experience has not been anything like the majority on this thread. UK to NZ took about 1 week to arrive. I was a little worried at first as it sat in 'processed at export origin' for 4 days before updating. But my package arrived as expected. I wouldn't usually leave a review, but as most reviews are when things don't go as expected they tend to be a bit skewed. Thanks Evri international for delivering my package.
