Do not use this service EVER
Do not use this service EVER. My parcel was lost. It took weeks for the investigation to take place only then to be told I could not claim as too much time had passed. Finally spoke to a lovely customer service assistant who refunded my postage because I knew the law regarding faulty goods ie the service to deliver my parcel.
Don't waste your time or moneyMy parcels were returned after 6 weeks…
My parcels were returned after 6 weeks of endless contacting the customer services. I will NEVER use this company again and I suggest no-one else does either

Highly disappointed in service even tracking wasn’t updated no way to contacting customer support when they delivered I didn’t receive any notification if you want send with then make sure you have time 3 weeks ots long way
Not helpful
Not helpful. Been onto customer service multiple times and I have left multiple complaint forms regarding my order not being delivered. I asked for a full refund and have been denied. This is really appalling. Once this issue has been dealt with I will NEVER be using Evri International again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. AWFUL.
Evri rely
Evri rely , like so many companies in this day and age, on automated email & a business that get's rid of "Customer service". Like, so many millions of other companies, who THINK they're IMPROVING their service to customers it's the EXACT opposite. It's NOT the drivers,or, the customer satisfaction to ERI, it's the PROFIT THEY MAKE ! E.G Before paying for something to be delivered to you; please, please don't USE THEM. It's SIMPLE but true !
People need to cancel Evri
Some how they can never find your address on the day of delivery but magically locate you the next day, and even if you have 24/7 receptionist at your residence Evri somehow misses everyone and gaslights the customer saying you weren't in.
A word of warning to anyone sending from UK to EU
Sometime around New Year Evri implemented a new policy. If you send a parcel to EU without paying customs duty / tax in advance, they only give 5 days for the recipient to pay. If it is not paid in that time, they return the parcel to the sender. As a person running a small business from my own website, it is not favourable to pay in advance for many reasons. For a whole year I sent parcels to the EU and let the recipient pay, and all went relatively smoothly. In January alone I have had 9 parcels returned (more than a quarter of those sent). This policy is not working and I cannot use Evri while it continues. They advertise that they are cheaper than Royal Mail, and they are, but not when you factor in that you have to resend a returned parcel or the customer asks for a refund. Customer service, not by phone (they don't do that), but by Live Chat is next to useless. There seems to be no communication between internal departments, so even when a case is raised they still send parcels back before the case is reviewed. Honestly this is totally hopeless and I will send with Royal Mail in future.

I don't understand what's wrong with these stupid delivery drivers if they can't even bring a 200grams parcel to your door then they shouldn't be working in a delivery job they taken a picture saying it's deliverd but it was to down stairs flat which I couldn't find.. stupid
First time using EVRI
First time using EVRI, to send a parcel UK to Germany. Won't be repeating. Family members had left stuff behind when staying in UK for Christmas. Online booking service and printing label at drop off Parcel Store was pretty good. Progress and status updates within UK was OK though slow; 7 calendar days until Customs clearance at UK international hub. But once in Germany service was worse. An attempted delivery was logged (after another 7 days) but in reality no-one called at the address. Parcel was taken to an unspecified parcel shop, though this wasn't requested by the recipient, and no further delivery attempts were made. After 3 days I raised an enquiry via the "bot" to find out which shop it had been taken to. I was told quickly that the courier couldn't find the delivery address in Berlin (nonsense...) but it took another 7 days to get the parcel shop address, which was quite far from the delivery address. When they finally collected their parcel, to add insult to injury they had to pay 13 euros in Customs charges even though (as a retired Customs official) I know none were due.

I’m afraid I must buck the trend of negative Evri reviews. My deliveries coming from abroad via Evri rarely arrive late, which is more than I can say for Royal Mail, and our driver is always very friendly and helpful. So they get top marks from me.
Stay Clear…
The Worst company ever never keep you updated. You can never get in touch with them and speak to a person STAY CLEAR.
Scammers
They are suppose to collect packages from my place (high street shop returns) and they simply don't came yet claim they tried to pick up the parcel but the parcel had been picked up before. It's a scamming 'business'. Avoid at all costs.
Horribly traumatic and awful experience. Never again
My father passed away, and we had to send a hard copy of his will to South Africa to wind up his estate. Tracking shows "arrived at international hub" after which no updates for 3 weeks. I raised a case and was told "investigating with courier"??? There is literally no way to contact anyone to find out status, explain the urgency or just get them to send confirmation that the parcel was lost so we can go to a judge and have affidavits sworn. I will never use Evri again. It is going to cost hundreds of pounds to rectify this if we can ever get an answer to the case raised which has been sitting with no updates for over 10 days now
I have been sent 2 parcels
I have been sent 2 parcels. I did not order either. I live in Bristol. One parcel should have gone to Milton Keynes and the other to Bromley. They were posted through the letter box. There is no way to contact Evri to send them back. No wonder no one gets their parcels.
AVOID!
AVOID!
If you do not keep the package or receive it damaged, you cannot file a complaint.
There is no possibility of any contact with a live person, the only thing you can do is click with the bot.
This company should be shut down and face the consequences.

Bought an item on e bay and had a tracking number from Evri stating had the parcel delivery pending only to find they have not delivered and no way to speak to them and a second rate courier who is unfit for the purpose of parcel deliveries and not the first time

It's clear parcels are stolen in house as so many others have the same issue.
No customer service whatsoever so I'm out of pocket by several 100 pounds
please avoid these cowboys at all cost
This company should be closed down
Lost item bought on ebay
Bought an item on ebay, the sender gave it to Evri.
Evri admitted they had it :
"We've received your parcel at the ParcelShop and will be collecting it shortly"
But never delivered it. Despite trying to contact them, got no new information and the status didn't change.
