IOLLA - Cambridge Reviews 101

I stumbled on IOLLA back in the summer and went in and made enquiries. I do not live in Cambridge so needed a pair of glasses based on a new prescription being done in September.
The lady I spoke to was charming and very thorough. I
My prescription is quite complicated so I interrogated her very comprehensively to be sure there wouldn't be any problems.
Once my prescription was ready I emailed it through having made my frame choice earlier in the year.
On receipt of the prescription she replied immediately but was anxious to check her measurements, as if set incorrectly the glasses would not work exactly as they should.
Fortunately I was able to call in and she remembered everything about me. She checked the measurements, which were right.
Two weeks later I received my my new glasses and they have been perfect.
I would thoroughly recommend the lady in Cambridge and IOLLA and have absolute confidence in her.
Had I purchased a similar pair of glasses from my own optician, even with their loyalty scheme I'd have paid nearly three times the price.

Took my prescription into the Cambridge branch. From the start, the staff were excellent, helped and explained all the way through.

Delivery was within earlier than expected, and the glasses are great quality.

Visited the Cambridge store and received exceptional service both times, the assistant was not pushy and was patient while we tried on nearly every pair in the store, lots of choice and variety and to £85 with a lens it can’t be beaten in my opinion

I loved how inexpensive yet gorgeous the glasses are!! I have a very high prescription yet glasses were thinned down very well and sit very comfortably :)

I visited the IOLLA store in Cambridge to have new varifocal, reactor light lenses fitted into my existing frames. The assistant who helped me was excellent – friendly, knowledgeable, and really efficient. She explained everything clearly, checked the fit and measurements carefully, and we quickly agreed on costs and timings. My glasses arrived by post within two weeks, beautifully packaged and perfectly fitted. The lenses are great quality, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the service – highly recommended!

I found your automated advice which first thanked me for buying the frames and the next apologising for the delay but needed more info before the frames could be collected very strange particularly as I had left the shop with them!

A very friendly group of people who were patient and also careful to provide all of the information I needed to choose a suitable pair of glasses.
Everything was well set out in the shop and it was great that there were no hidden extras; I could spend as much as I liked or needed!

I liked the fact we were not pounced on the minute we entered the store. We had time to look at the various styles on offer and when we eventually approached by one of the team they made some great suggestions on what to try on which I do not think I would not have thought of.

Loved my experience with IOLLA. So great to be able to browse the whole range of really stylish glasses knowing that they were all the same price - made it so much more fun and relaxed than my usual trips to buy glasses. It was also really easy to upload my prescription to their system and then picked up my lovely new glasses a few days later. Indu and the team were really helpful too.

Staff were super helpful, they helped pick a range of glasses and narrowed it down by the style I liked. I actually went for a slightly different style than normal that they suggested and I’m really pleased with them.
