I have a couple of pairs of glasses from Iolla which I am delighted with. The latest were purchased in the new shop in Cambridge. I'd had a slight incident with one pair of glasses, but Indu carefully and patiently managed to salvage them. Iolla have started doing light responsive glasses and I felt these would be ideal for my distance glasses, for driving, walking etc. The service was exceptional, with honest advice from Indu on what suited and what coloured lenses would suit me best. I am delighted with my latest addition. So much so, my husband also bought a pair from the Cambridge shop.

The people are interesting and friendly, they explain their process clearly and simply. The glasses are fun and great quality at an affordable price. The environment is mellow and good to spend time in to try on glasses and feel which pair are the best for you. The end result - most comfortable pair of glasses I have ever worn. Happy 10th birthday Iolla, here's to the next 10 years!

Lovely pair of sunglasses that I purchased from the Cambridge store. The staff are super helpful and made minor adjustments to the sunglasses so that they fit perfectly to my face.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff in your Cambridge shop were really helpful and friendly. I was hoping to have the glasses for my wedding which was just within the range of possibility, but a bit tight. As we neared the deadline the team pulled out all the stops and I got them in time. Having had the misfortune to have poor eyesight since childhood, I always detested getting glasses…. Until now. Found the shop in Cambridge and was assisted by the lovely Indu. Had a wonderful experience. Came away with three pairs of stylish and comfortable glasses - both standard and prescription sunglasses. Fabulous service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for more - there are too many nice pairs to not go again. Highly recommend !

I was traveling in the UK for several weeks and lost my prescription sunglasses. I went to the IOLLA shop in Cambridge and was able to order replacement glasses with the very able assistance of the staff person there, and she arranged to ship the product to the Manchester location, where I would be about 2 weeks later. Everything went smoothly and the service was great.

The staff in store were friendly and knowledgeable. Ordering and buying process was straightforward.
And when I collected the glasses the attention to detail was excellent. Had the glasses two weeks now and the quality is great.

Iolla was a brand I had never heard of before visiting their Cambridge shop, but the moment I stepped in, it felt just like the opticians in my hometown. They have a great selection of frames – both metal and plastic – with stylish designs in beautiful shades. I really enjoyed my first visit thanks to the friendly, home-like atmosphere, the caring and sensible service, and the helpful advice in finding the right frame shape.

It took me less than a week to return with a fresh prescription and order a new pair of glasses. The only “problem” is that, with such great quality at such an affordable price, I am already tempted to get another pair soon. That said, I love the compliments I receive on my new glasses – especially on the folding clip-ons that instantly turn them into sunglasses. Thank you so much!

Great experience buying from iolla Cambridge. My varifocal glasses exceeded my expectations, very thin and crystal clear. Thin varifocals are Iolla’s standard lenses. Wide variety of frames to please every taste. Good customer care and pleasant staff. No hard selling, welcoming and bright shop with one fixed price for the frame and lense. Would highly recommend.
