It was amazing talking with Hazel who listened to what we needed areas we wanted to go and trips we wanted to do for our holiday to thialand, would highly reccomend and happy holidays to everyone 😊x

The service I was provided by Andera was 100% very informative and Andrea answered instantly! Andrea went out of her way to try and accommodate my needs but……
Unfortunately we wasn’t (my party) able to agree on the dates so I had to decline the offer that I got but would recommend using this service as if we could of agreed then I would have been booking.
Will definitely enquire in the future for any trips that I intend on taking!

Can’t fault Andrea for all her help, but it would have been nice to know my original travel agent had left and I had a new member dealing with my holiday.

Andrea helped me to find my flights for easyJet so that I could add them onto the app to manage my booking

Andrea searched the type of holiday, flight times that best suited our family. She then followed up very happy with the research she done. Was out of our budget for this year but will contact again in the future.

We just booked holiday with Hazel Zoe to go to Paris Disneyland in 2028 for my daughter birthday. She is such a great person to deal with. She goes through with us all the details very helpful. Although I didn’t book the package the service and quote were great. There was flexibility and if I wanted to change any aspect I’m sure I could as I did make some requests which were met easily. Andrea was great not pushy but inquisitive and helpful. I would use this service again

I had a fantastic experience with Ivy Travel UK. I spoke with Sophie, who was incredibly helpful and made booking our Disneyland Paris Christmas holiday so easy. We paid for the holiday and received all of our travel documents the very next day, which was excellent service.
